heres a lil update from me down to about 140 now and i think im around 11% body fat but correct me if im wrong, chasing that elusive 10% :p
Hello dear people of bodybuilding.com,
2 years ago I came across your thread and it had been great motivation for me ever since. I started on 140 kgs (308lbs) at the age of 19, now I'm 21 standing on earth with 98 kgs (216lbs). There's no way I am yet satisfied, I still work hard towards my goal (90 kgs/200lbs), it's getting closer and closer. I've tried everything to lose weight, every diet on the earth, I must say the real way to lose way is dedication and motivation. These two factors will take you far. And also prioritize your health, not the looks. I had always wanted to lose weight just to be attractive, not that I cared about my health. But then sudden enlightenment occurred to mind telling me, that I am the prisoner of my body and all organs are struggling inside of me keeping me alive, but doctors said I might end up on a wheel chair or on death bed by the time I am 40 y/o. I seized all the strength and dedication that insecure me had, and starter working out and eating healthily. I must say the undesired attractiveness comes as a bonus as well in progress. I hereby want to thank all of the people that contributed to my goal and are still contributing by posting their results.
About my body - I am still unhappy with the puffy boobs and large aeriolas. I am working my chest hard, but I might have gynecomastia (I prolly do). Would you suggest surgery? I will not undergo surgery until I am 85-90 kg light and BF<15%
It doesn't really bother me much, since I am really happy with my result, as I said I did all this and still do for health and looks are not prioritized.
Once again thanks everybody and remember that strength does not come from physical capacity, it comes from indomitable will. ;)
great work man, how much did u lose?
I've gone from 250 down to 161 as of this morning.

Great results so far buddy. looking much better than before 100% improvement.
From the post i took out the factor you stated of big boobs and areolas.!!!
Did or do you by any chance do what i used to do? Before looking in the mirror i would nip my boobs to make them shrink in so my areolas were not as big and puffy?
Forget surgery buddy. Keep doing what your doing and before you know it you will lose the tissue round them when the time comes for your body to decide to take fat tissue from them. Slow n steady buddy.
My MOOBS are gone. No more pulling them or making them cold before a pic... you have done great.. imagine double time from now !!. I honestly think you will regret surgery mate...
I have friends who are 245lb keep on saying "oh when i am 196lb i am going to do roids to assist me" They are also unable to read the pros and cons of the long term affects... If you can be arsed to drop from 245 to 196 then cut further then build naturally... Off topic slightly there buddy but i am just saying do it NATURAL bro... In the end you will not have to worry about future regret....
Did i say well done....?
Cheers
My results aren't as good as most but I'm pleased with the weight loss. I'm 50 years old and I'm 5' 7" and currrently weigh 175 pounds. Approximately 4 months ago I weighed 210 pounds. Consistent weight training and cardio got me to this point.
Photos on my bodyspace. Don't know how to embed them but anyone can feel free to embed them if they wish.
Thanks to all on this site.

Hey brother,
I know what you mean by pulling the nipple, I've experimented with that but I do it no longer, it just shrinks naturally when I exercise and I took the "after photo" just after exercising. I don't really know what causes them to be shrunk something and sometimes to be just puffy and jelly-like. But I've got some questions: Do areolas shrink naturally? And can you actually "lose the tissue" ? From what I've heard you can't really burn or lose tissue, since it's not fat. Surgery is my least option, as I said I want to go far with this, I want minimum 20lbs less, plus I exercise chest everyday now (got myself a dumbell).
doughnutgut could you also post some before and after photos ? :) I'd love to see your progress, and I'm really curious about your boobs :D ( < lol, sounds kinky) :D
cheers mate :)

Wow that really cheers me up. I am starting to have hope again in my chest :D I was desperate and I mentioned surgery because I haven't seen any progress in my chest when I lost from 308lbs -> 216, therefore I thought that I can't remove them naturally and so I said what I said. But I can see a veeeeeery little difference now, + your comments just keep my hope up :) I will cut 20-30lbs down and hopefully they'll get removed. I'll work them out everyday too. Thanks for motivation.
Yeah I did a lot of bench, decline dumbbell press etc....
I love this thread... U guys are amazing keep it up
After watching some of these amazing transformations all I can say is congrats guys and especially women!
This is an old transformation of mine, I started as a skinny kid then I suddenly got fat (2007) and then I fell in love with a popular girl >.<
Was 11 at first pic, 13 at 2nd. :)
This is after about 3 and a half months! I'm adding my 6 month pic in two weeks, what do you guys think so far?
^nice job! How many pounds did you drop before bulking back up to 202?
Hey man, thanks for the comment.
I bulked first, as a didn't want to Cut with out any mass. It didn't worry me to put more weight on. Basically I went from
Jan 2011 92kg (202lbs)
Bulked slowly
June 2011 100kg (220lbs)
Cut
Jan 2011 89kg (195lbs) around 16-18%bf
Bulked slowly
June 2012 95kg (209lbs)
Cut slowly
December 2012 89kg (195lbs) around 14-16%bf
Bulked now at 92kg (202lbs) I guess i'm around 13-15%bf atm
Planning on cutting down now too 85-89 hoping to be in the 10-13%bf range at the end.
I think my ideal weight is around 92kg (202lbs). The size i feel most comfortable. The plan is the hit 92kg (202lbs) at around 10-12%bf. I think another year or so i'll be there and just maintain from there.
edit - all those weights are going from memory, so I might of messed them up a bit, but its pretty close.
