My transformation
Hello fellow transformers. I did start my journey almost 9 years ago - the 2013 transformation challenge - I was obese with a bodyfat estimate of 39%, no self-confidence, never did any sports and was extremely unhappy. I did manage to make it though and went from 110kg (242.50lbs) to my current 64.5kg (137.57lbs) now I have some self-confidece, would not miss a workout and in fact love to do sports (biking, swimming, hiking, working out).
The picture upload did not work but You can check my before and after pics on my profile.

5 month transformation
Hi all. New here. 5 month transformation photos of only going to the gym 2 times a week to complete a full body workout and advanced 40-60 minute at home ankle and wrist weighted jump roping. 3 hours a week for 5 months.
I have knowledge of consistent gym experience and research on this website for when I was 16+. I was originally skinny guy, 80 lbs Junior year in High School to 130 lbs 6 months. maintainted around 150 lbs since. Now I was on the reverse spectrum of being overweight and flabby at 164 lbs, now current at 33 years old to 142 lbs.
Maybe this can inspire or motivate someone and encourage them they do not need to completely change their lives to become healthier.
The photos are roughly taken in 1 month intervals of each other. I am no pro. Just a casual. I ate 1/2 the junk food I eat and changed to eating chicken/tuna on my workout days vs fast food. No alcohol.

400-183
Hi guys,
My name is Kyle and I've always battled with weight loss. When I graduated high school, I weighed 400 pounds. Shortly after, I realized that the way I was living was completely incompatible with what I would consider a decent life. I went from 400 lbs down to 205 pounds. However, as life goes, I met my future wife and got fat and happy.
I ballooned up to 280 pounds, although far off of what I once was, I was uncomfortably fat. I went this direction for a few years and maintained nearly 300 pounds, albeit I was lifting and was fairly strong (485/295/595).
I finally found Renaissance Periodization diet templates and decided to really begin focusing on my weight loss and hypertrophy.
I'm currently down to 183 lbs and per the Dexa-scan, I'm sitting around 14% body fat. My current goal is to get to sub 10% and bulk while maintaining a body fat under 15%. Eventually, I'd love to get back into strength training after I've hit my goal size, which is around 185 and sitting around 10%.
Thanks for reading!
