Thinking about just hitting around 200. Then start lifting heavier and eating a bit more to gain some more muscle. I'm not too worried about a target weight, as even being this close to 200 is less than I've weighed since middle school. So i'm happy either way. Just want to be strong like ox!

my routines change every few months i shock the body hard which is what i am in the middle of doing now..
I use a routine Called S&S and S&E basically you hit every body part twice a week with one rest day on sunday.. dont feel like posting the whole routine if you do a quick google search on the highs and lows program you can find it easily..
as for diet i follow a low fat moderate carb and high protein intake.. i try to eat lean steak twice a day chicken,tuna, lots of brown rice,oatmeal, and eggs as well with broccoli and asparagus.. i eat 7-8 meals a day spaced out in 3 hour increments.

Registered myself because i wanted to show off my own progress. Like everyone i was the fat kid off the family and had low self esteem which didn't any good with the girls either.
But that was before i grew older and wasn't really busy with that at that time. Know i had to remove all the fat and i knew it would a long journey accomplishing that.
I begun my weight loss in 2009 around september. And went from 106kg to 90kg so far. The heaviest that the scale showed me was 116kg.
So still going strong with some minor setbacks but i know i will get there on my own way!
Added them in attachments. First one is the heaviest second one the best one i have.
