First picture is when I decided to get into working out, january 2010, ~ 190 lbs
Second pic is actually after losing a bunch of weight ( got down to 165 ) then said f this im too small and also stopped watching my intake, but I got strong as hell lol, taken around maybe like july of last year
Third pic is most recent ( still a few months old, i think its from january ) but a result of a solid 6-8 months consistency.

SOLID man great work. Huge inspiration!!
i too will post here one day!!
I'll post mine up, and give a little history.
The before pictures were taken my senior year of high school. I topped out at 318lbs. This was in 2002-2003.

After 15 months I had lost about 135lbs, and was sitting somewhere in the low 180s. I have kept the weight off since then. I made a lot of changes to my life over the years, and I am much much much more happy. Hopefully this can be inspiring to some of you.

Feel free to ask any questions or shoot me a PM if you need anything.
Not my heaviest, but before I started a proper cut. Had probably lost about 2-3KG when this was taken, down from my heaviest of easily over 86KG.

This was taken today, weighing in at 76KG. ~15%bf (hopefully), clean bulking from now on. Stoked.

Time frame: ~3 months, with lots of lapses and binges in between.
At first I eased into a diet.. Didn't really keep track of anything, just ate much cleaner than I used to. About two months in, I started a consistent 2,500 max calorie, 200 grams protein and carbs, and 75 grams of fat. Right now I'm eating about 2,100 calories daily with at least 200 grams of protein and about 60-65 grams of fat. Plan on slowly increasing the calories a bit for a nice clean summer bulk... As for actual foods... I've religiously eaten egg whites, chicken, lean beef, vegetables, and whole grains for carbs. Fats have been mainly healthy fats to reach my macros... Peanut butter, any kind of nuts, whole eggs from time to time, and some cheese.
If you stay consistent with everything, your hard work will definitely pay off! If you don't drink, that's even better. Ice fishing trips and beer slowed my progress a bit over the winter :(
love this info man gonna help me a lot, thanks!
Was 2 stone heavier than this when I actually first started. Pic 1 was after workout #1 with Kettlebells. Pic 2 is most recent. Still cutting, still building!
Weighed 280 pounds at the age of 16. 2 and a half years later..

Wow, good job! Keep going and get that six pack for summer!
Mine is not nearly as impressive as some of these other ones but I feel good about it. You all are very inspirational to me and I have much respect for all of you, somedays it feels hard and I struggle but posts like this keep me motivated. Through trial and error and alot of hard work I will come out of this FattoFit.

Still big, but about 30-40 more lbs and we'll see where I stand :)
That's just a silly amount of weight to shed in basically 7 months. Unbelieveable work!

Damn you lost weight biggest loser style lol good job man. That's hell of a difference for little under 3 months.
This thread gives me a lot of motivation and cause of this i want to share my pictures also with you guys :)
First picture is from april 2011 with 228 lbs and +/- 24% bodyfat and the other one is from today 198 lbs and +/- 17% bodyfat.
My goal is around 12% bodyfat in the next months.
workout in the first 8 months about 2-3 times per week and since 4 months i do workout 4-5 times a week
Wow. Over the last month I've been through all 11K posts on these two threads. Thanks to everyone who has posted their stories and pics here. It's the most motivation I've gotten.
Crosspost from my own thread.
I wanted to share my long journey with everyone here so maybe it can help motivate someone who is in the same position. I know my journey is long from over but I wanted to share my progress so far. Currently my goal is to get to 205- 210 by July for my vacation.
Start: 6'3 328lb, 44 pants size, and 3xl tshirts

Also, any idea what my bodyfat would be? I honestly can not wait too bulk, not for the extra calories, but just because I want to gain some size.
What should be an ideal weight for me to aim for so I can start bulking? I have no idea how to gauge how many more pounds to lose to lose the extra weight weight in my abdomen. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Things are coming along and I am excited about the fact that I am closer to 200 than 300 (silly I know), but the hard work seems to be paying off. Looking forward to the one year mark just a short 3 months away.... Keep pushing fellas!

good stuff dude, very impressive.
Don't have a body picture of when I was fat, so I just matched up faces.
Started working out Aug 2011 still going strong.
Top Row : Grade9-Grade12-SeptemberGrade12
Mid Row : Age20-Dec25thAge21-Feb5thAge21
Botton Row : Feb5thAge21-March5thAge21-April14thAge21 (Present)
Grade 12 Weight : 240 Pounds
Age 20 : 210 Pounds
Age 21 (Present) : 182 Pounds
During High School I was able to drop down to 180 because I joined the basketball team and took it quite serious. I kept it off until my mid 20's when I had a drinking problem. Joined the gym and stopped drinking (not completely) last June and lost 28 pounds since and have gotten quite tone. Still not satisfied though!!

What was your diet and routine ? Nice transformation
What was your diet and routine ? Nice transformation
I did the Hardcore workout by Kris on this website, with only low complex carbs, and lots of meat, no sodas, no sugar, no processed wheat. I didn't really count calories but going from eating fast food everyother day and not worrying about a single thing I ate and not doing anything active. To lifting 4 days a week after work and HIIT before work 3 days a week on treadmill dropped weight quick and put on muscle I found.
Wow, awesome cut!
Thanks I appreciate it.
Well I know I'm not fit yet, and still very much in the fat stage but posting this up for a bit of motivation as I've hit a bit of a wall these past few days/week.
This was from December(ish!) to middle of March - from about 290lbs to 245lbs.
I notice a difference but not a huge one but obviously clothes are fitting better.

Great stories all over this thread. I wish I took a picture before I began my journey, so I could do a before/after when I'm done with my transformation.
As for my personal transformation, it is a work in progress. I am currently 10 weeks in and down from 292 to 261 so far and I feel amazing. The next 31 lbs will be even easier, now that my motivation level is at an all time high. I kinda fumbled into this transformation, but this website has been a godsend. Learning about IIFYM alone makes bodybuilding.com the single greatest resource of information I could ever ask for. Anyways, thanks for sharing, hopefully I will have something for you guys this summer.
really motivating thread!
