incredible! what was your diet like was it high protein?
I was pretty much whatever I wanted to eat as long as it fit in my daily calorie goals. I don't eat meat so I ate a lot of fish.

I wasn't planning on paying these, but here. Went from 162lbs 14% bf down to 137lbs 9% bf. took 12 weeks

I just found out I can't post pics yet, so I uploaded them to my bodyspace :).
Began my journey 8 months ago, lost 40 kilos.
Don't really have a shirtless before pic, as I always avoided those, and I never thought I'd be making before after messages, but I need some feedback :p... I'm not sure if what I have left is fat, or just excess skin, cause when I measure with calipers, my BF is about 12%, and I still have mantitties and a saggy belly.
I started at 123,9 kgs, and I now weigh in at 83,9.
my other image seems to have been taken down so i had to reupload a backup
starting stats: 5'11 452lbs
current stats: 5'11 237lbs

really great to see so many of you reaching and surpassing your goals , totally inspiring
Nice. You lost a lot of BF and still maintained muscle in 4 weeks!

i went from the first picture to the second picture in less than 4 months, while i was still in college. Since graduating less than a year ago, I have managed to put on some muscle, which can be seen in the third picture. Also, I'm new here and have no friends so feel free to add me! I'll kindly accept any advice on how to improve

I've lost over 120 lbs and spent the past 9 years changing my life around and recompositioning my body.
Was it worth it? HELL YES. I never want to go back.
I went from lazy couch potato in 2005 to just completing Mt. Everest's base trek (new2 picture). I'm currently undergoing a 12 week cut to reach single digit body fat. Then I'll post body pics for comparison throughout this journey.

Simply unbelievable

2nd pic today - 79kg
Training at home. Equipment: selfmade bench, adjustable 2x28kg dumbells, iron-gym, bicycle.
May 1, 2010 I hit rock bottom. I had lost everything in a divorce. I was sick, bitter, withdrawn, unhappy.
Four years and 150+ pounds later my life is completely changed. I've had a lot of fun on these forums, interacting with y'all.

Holy Crap Moldy! Keep up the good work, that's amazing progress.
Great pics guys...great motivation to get in shape for summer...
Here's mine. 4 weeks between the two pics. was doing cardio (30 mins) 4 times a week with footy (soccer) once a week too. Now that I'm lost a little bf I've started a 14 week course of test @ 800mg a week and anavar at 50mg a day to begin with (then up the test and replace var with tren after week 8). Took my first pin today, delt feels like a mo****er!
Here's latest pic...
Gna stop the cardio though as I'm losing too much muscle...
But happy with progress so far...
Great work Moldy!

Wow, hadn't stopped in to this thread in awhile...Great transformations everyone.
My initial transformation was almost wasted due to a terrible bulk. My inner fat kid loved me some food.
I am trying to get back to where I was in 2012..Slowly making progress!
Thread is motivation!
Cheers, everyone.

This thread has really inspired me to finally take control of my fitness, thanks to everyone who posted in here!

Awesome transformation MoldyGopher!!!
Leave you mine....from august 2013 to may 2014...I must say the cheat weekends have been my key to avoid plateau...I still don't know my bf levels, I think I'm 12 or 13% right??? My goal is to get to 8%..congrats all of you!!
Frakkin' awesome everybody.

I have a log on the page. Figured I'd post mine, hardest 90 consecutive days of my life.
Wow, it's some impressive transformations in here!
Here's my little over a year transformation. I made major progress last summer of 2013 but during the school year I did make strength gains but body fat probably stayed about the same. Looking to try to shred the bulk of this excess body fat this summer to get me to where I want to be.
wonderful result!

11 months! I had muscle behind all that fat obviously (6 years of lifting behind me) which helped but I was depressed and binged all day every single day. Sorted my head out with professional help and the physical changes are testament to that

Very impressive work. Good job man!
Sorry I forgot to mention on my pics starting weight was 87kg down to 62
This is 10 months of work.
Am 179cm & started at 112KG down to around 76KG now. Now I can see some definition, I do spend a lot more time doing weights than I used to. I still get in and out of the weights room inside around half an hour.
Would be interested in what people might think my BF% would be in the after photo, I am guessing around 17-18%
