You guys all look great! I've lost 55 lbs this year, but don't have any great before and afters. Hoping to lose quite a bit more and get into lifting more seriouslly. Can't wait to post awesome before and afters here!

I read this thread all the time for motivation. Awesome work, everybody.
In the last seven months, and for some reason mostly in the last TWO, I've dropped close to 50 pounds. Slowly, yes. But I wasn't strict on diet other than keeping a deficit and I didn't want to burn myself out exercising 6/7 days a week and end up quitting. I'm happy with what I've done.
I'm not exactly "fit" yet, and I haven't reached my newest set of goals, but I figured I'd post my progress so far to see what everyone thinks. I don't know about you guys, but I see a difference, and I definitely FEEL a difference. I'm excited to push forward with this.

I did not. I do have flacid skin and it looks some what loose on the bottom of my belly when I'm sitted. However, loose skin is mostly genetic and honestly, there is little to nothing you can do to avoid it. Reducing body fat usually helps to give it a better look, though.
How did you get ur abs like that im just starting and I have a similar build to your starting look please help!!!

I still have lots of fat in front of my abs to lose and when they are visible are mostly because of the abs itself instead of low bodyfat, I believe.
That said, the usual is if you decrease your bodyfat, the abs will come.
As for me in particular, I do not do, and almost never did, any direct ab workout. However, my training has squats, deadlifts and other exercises that demands the abs for balance (even standing barbell biceps curls does it) what I believe contributed to its development.

Firstly sorry, I really didn't know where else to put this picture up.
First pic was 3/4 the way through my 75+ lb weight loss journey. The second picture is several months of hitting the back hard (especially the traps) while maintaining around 190 lbs. I have a bunch more pictures of my year-long transformation but am going to wait until January to throw those up.
