Just stumbled on to this tread,many great transformation. I,myself, am now going through my 2nd transformation after 15 years of health issues which totally destroyed my ability to maintain my fitness. My issues have been resolved by surgery and I am now determined to get back my fitness.At 75 years old,it's not easy but I will never give up.Anyway,I just wanted to post to show all you young guys that it is a rewarding lifestyle,so never give up,you will find that as you age your friends will be falling apart and you will still be enjoying life.
yes por supuesto
This thread is awesome. It's great seeing all these awesome transformations. There's basically every type of body transformation of weights. Good motivation. Can't wait to post mine. I'm down to 174lb from 208lb. Still have much more cutting to go for me!
holy chit that only took 17 months?!
Thanks, after bulking I`m "fat swole" as my body seems to hold most of its fat in my stomach, so my arms and delts are always pretty vascular even though my BF isnt super low. I`m still debating on how lean I want to get, because I think it may be impossible almost to be naturally shredded and hold most of my mass.

Yeah they faded pretty quickly. I used Aloe gel first thing in the morning, Vit e infused cocoa butter 2-3 times through out the day and tea tree oil right before bed.

Took my 5 months to lose my fat. I went from 183 to 140 as of today. Unfortunately I did not take a picture when I was 183 but I took one when I was 153 in December on the 19th. Here is my progress.

Good job son.
How tall are you?
I wanted to share with the bodybuilding.com community my transformation. I am 25 years old from Argentina but I live 6 months here and 6 months in Santa monica, California.
I started lifting weights just to get fit and to be honest, I never wanted to look like a bodybuilder or HAVE BIG MUSCLES, I thought it looked gross. Well, now I am a natural bodybuilder, I love this lifestyle and I will train and eat like one for the rest of my life. I truly believe that it is the hardest but the most rewarding sport there is. I am loving every minute of it and I love to inspire people to take action and achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be. I like to see people make progress, feel great about themselves and inspire others.
I have entered 2 contests so far, the first one was on June 2013 (INBA/PNBA NATURAL MR LOS ANGELES and on January 2014 NPC IRONMAN MAGAZINE at the LA FIT EXPO)
I am planning to keep competing as a natural bodybuilder for the rest of my life.

Thanks ! I am 5 foot and 8 inches tall.
I can't believe it's been over 2 years now since I started losing weight. It was an incredible journey with ups and downs, but resisted all the urges to eat my lovely chocolate and sweets, and did it.
308 pounds -> 205 pounds
This thread had been VERY MOTIVATIONAL. Thank you all who contributed their stories.
