Lost 56 pounds in the last 9 months can finally see my feet when I look down. Ready for a slow clean bulk.
This took me 2-3 years.

See attached my picture! I am still working on it but only recently started lifting weights. Coming here for encouragement. I have more pics but haven't posted all of them yet.
Where does everyone store their progress pics?
The first pick I haven't trained for months and being eating a lot of ****. Second pic just before my holiday 16 weeks later.
Unsure of BF in both but start weight 201 end weight 173.
I had a fat winter so am currently back on a cut!!
This post is so motivating!! For the first time in my life, I have made it 4 wks consecutively to the gym. Don't laugh, that's a huge deal for me! I have this forum and all you peeps to thank for keeping me motivated.

Amazing job, dude! How long did it take?
Posting mine aswell, from 03-06-15 to date. Have been measuring my BF with a set of calipers (Slimguide Skinfold Calipers) every Sunday morning, these gave me readings of around 8.5-9% BF, I dont think its that low, need more opinions though!
Poor lighting ftw

I'm just trying to keep it simple. I calculated my TDEE at 2800cals - so I'm eating just under 2000cals with ~160g protein a day.
I go to the gym 4-5 days a week and do some weight training then hop on the elliptical for 25 min.

How is that 30% BF? The ****?
I haven't been on this site for long, but I'm very inspired by what I've learned and seen here so far. My husband and I have been on a weight loss journey for awhile. I had twins in 2012 and shortly after having them, my weight hit a new high. :( Last year, with my husbands support and help, we've made lifestyle changes including going to the gym 4-5 days a week and eating healthier. A couple of months ago we started really hitting the weights hard and I have made some amazing progress with my weight lifting. I'm don't know all the correct terminology or even what exercises are called what, but I'm having fun doing it and I feel stronger than ever. At 32 yrs old, biological mother of 3 (but mothering 5 kids) I feel great. I can bench press 135 lbs and do things now that I couldn't have dreamed about doing 2 yrs ago. I look forward to learning about new programs and getting lots of great advice. I have a long way to go and still have a lot of fat to lose but I can't be anything but happy with my progress so far. :)
Older bef/after but relevant obviously to this thread, have stayed in shape since so don't have much more "befores/out of shape". Great job though to you guys, some impressive and hard work obviously done here :)

Impressive cut. Got those muscles popping man!
That is really impressive. How long did it take to build that physique originally?
It's been a tough, but worthwhile 2 months since the post below (I added recent pics into the quote for side-by-side comparisons)
To shock my body back into speeding up fat loss, I've been eating 1400-1700 kcals/day & 2500-300 kcals every Sunday. I've been steadily losing around 3lbs a week while gaining muscle size.
[QUOTE=stev0n;1353672951]It ain't much, but here's my progress.
Dates: September 7, 2014 - April 7 2015 - June 11, 2015
Weight: 325 - 295
Pants waist: 44 - 42
Shirt: XL - XL
My first 12 weeks went well, then Christmas happened, & a lot of pizza/hibachi/chinese buffet happened. I still weight lifted daily, but didn't get back on my diet until march. I got down to 292 by the first week of december. I'm back down to 295 right now. I'm currently on Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer, 2000 k/cals per day, 40+ minutes of cardio per day, and lifting 5 days per week. I would love to see a size 38 pants by the end of summer if at all possible. I'm waiting for the day I can chill at the lake with no shirt on and be proud instead of embarrassed.

My stomach size doesn't seem to have changed, but my chest is filling out - pecs are definitely getting bigger/firm.

How much did you lose? Did you get the excess skin removed?
Hello guys, I need your help in getting lean ripped.
I'm 5'6'' and weigh 162. I'm can easily drop a couple pounds on Treadmill in 4 days. My goal is to weigh 132.
However, I've lost fat before too - that's not something I'm gonna need help in. I need your help with regards to getting lean
ripped. Below I've attached some my current pics, I need your advise based on my current body and my ideal body.
I'm only interested in upper body, by the way.

My parents went through a divorce and they could give two craps what I was fed.
I weighed in at 217 at the age of nine; morbidly obese until 2 years ago.
Started at 280 about 2 months ago slightly alcoholic with a piss poor diet. Got on BB.com and cut down on alcohol drastically, fixed up diet (still have weekends to cheat), and am doing All Pro beginner program.
Down 16 lbs so far. Small start, but it's a start!
Thanks for all the motivation guys, hoping to post a drastic transformation within the next year or so!

That's sad that they cared so little - divorce or no divorce, it doesn't matter and it's no excuse. But good for you, that you made it happen and took care of yourself as an adult now :) correcting very severe mistakes made by parents.

GREAT job & dedication! Keep at it!
Incredible transformation, ACollier91! So inspiring, thank you for sharing.
The transformation I started 12 weeks ago is nothing compared to yours and the others on here, but can't wait until I can share mine as well.
This was about a 5 month progress. Started mid way through January and just stuck with it. I've recently decided to stop cutting and go on a bulk cause I want more muscle so I still got longs ways to go until I get to where I want to be.

Nice job dude. You have lost your gut (in a nice way lol). What are before and after stats?
So this is where I am sat at currently I was 119Kg when I started and I am now down to 88.7Kg. I have been advised to start bulking now, but I am uneasy about it lol. I am happy with the progress I have made so far, the wallet isn't though from the 4 wardrobes I have been through.
This is my transition from the beginning of the year to last week. The three pics are at 160 lb (72.5 kg), 145lb (66kg), and 154lb (70kg). I had been lifting for 4 months in the first pic and was still in calorie deficit to be as lean as possible (recovering fatty). I used cycling and stair climbing as my leg exercises so I could cut down that far. That ended up with me having some saggy loose skin and looking too DYEL so I adjusted my diet and added more mass especially to my legs and core.
DYEL? what that?
ideal body wt for men is 110 to 5' and then about 6 lbs for each inch after that so that would put you at 154 lbs ideal.

Simply inspiring, superb job!
