Mainly compounds. Bent over rows (both barbell and one arm DB rows), hammer grip pull ups (weighted; most I've done is BW +50kg... Not bad considering couldnt even do 1 before!), V bar rows, cable rows.
Lower back I do deadlifts now and then, currently doing RDL's, rack pulls and good mornings.

to the guys who asked me about my workout routine and my diet ..
really simple plan .. high protein,low fat,moderate carbs ..
you can make your own diet by following this rule ..
for me ..
1. 7am large cup black coffee without sugar + 3 eggs wight in whole wheat tortilla bread ..
2. 9am 400ml low fat milk + 1 banana ..
3. 11am 1 scoop iso100 whey protein shake with low fat milk ..
4. 12pm before workout , another large black coffee .. caffeine highly effective when it comes to burn fat ..
5. 2pm after workout 1 scoop iso100 protein shake with water this time .
6. 2.30pm half chicken breast without the skin , grilled or cooked .. using olive oil + some time cooked potato or any source of carbs .. some time i skip the carbs in cardio days ..
--- my snake is always raw nuts + red or green tea ..
7. 7pm green salad with light tuna (water and salt) not oil ..
8. 9.30pm 1 scoop iso100 protein shake .. and the last week i started on casein before bedtime ..
....
my workout routine is very simple .. 6 constant days .. 3 cardio and another for strength ..
Friday : cardio ( HIIT ) 1 hour
Saturday : back and biceps
Sunday : cardio ( HIIT ) 1 hour
Monday : chest and triceps
Tuesday : cardio ( HIIT ) 1 hour
Wednesday : shoulders and traps ..
Thursday : rest .. sometimes i broke the rules and eat some junk food or any thing .. but i always work harder the next day ..
and another thing to know .. push ups and pull ups is like a snake for me .. i have the tools in my room .. so every time i cross the room i do some pull ups/push ups ..

I'm very disappointment in myself for not keeping my diet in check and staying on top of my cardio like I should. To be honest I'm just lazy and can't stay on track as of late (these last 6 months). I NEVER miss a workout and always lifting really heavy but I always seem to make and or find an excuses to not do cardio or maintain a healthier diet. I really need a kick in the ass to get me back on track so I can get down to goal weight (240lbs and teen bf). Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated and most welcome. Firstly this thread is amazing. Given me and will continue to provide great motivation. Some amazing results on here that I aspire to.
Decided to change a few things in my life Sept 2011. Started eating less and running. This got the majority of weight off in 6 months. Then I picked up a couple of dumbells in the gym one day in February and started doing a 3 day split. Starting to put a bit of muscle on, but still a long ways to go. Ran the Illinois Half Marathon yesterday and clocked a time of 1hr 47mins!
Stats:
Before: Sept 2011 278lbs 6’3” BF% unknown
Current April 2012 225lbs 6’3” BF% approx 15%

I have cut my hair, was almost waist length in 2011, cut to mid back, cut again to right above shoulders. Its just past shoulders now, I like to keep it long, I think it looks better than when it was shorter, but I won't keep it longer than shoulder length I think.

went from around 290lbs to 155 lbs, up to around 190lbs now. took almost 4 years
