What do you guys think: started at 18.9% body fat and I'm currently at 11%

That's what I was thinking tbh buddy I use one of those bf testers that you find in gym changing rooms not the accuratest I have to admit but I have no other way to measure atm

As long as those numbers going down, then it doesn't really matter which machine u us, keep going

Thanks man. Keep at it. It happens slowly but you'll eventually catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror at the gym and it will hit you. All the hard work and dedication pays off!

I've been working out for about 3 years, only til a year ago did I start looking at nutrition. in a years span I've gone from 240 to 170 and now back up to near 180. Going for lean gains, trying to keep body fat as low as possible in the mean time.

lost over 150lbs so far. started lifting just last year and it completely transformed my body, still have a way to go!

Great job overall huge difference, as for body fat it's most likely in the 18% range.
