From Fat Girl to Bikini, on to Women's Physique Division 2012..
Hey Everyone! I've had a long journey, from being obese to getting in the best shape of my life. I started back in 7/2006 and i'm now off-season training for the newest Women's Physique Division in 2012.. Thanks for allowing me to share my journey with you all! Happy New Year and Happy Health! :)

Hi guys.. I decided that since I will begin going to a gym and all that I might as well participate on this thread, all this pics were taken just a couple of minutes ago.
Anyway I had been fat since like forever, 120 Kgs more or less was the norm then 6 years ago lost like 20 kg (around 40 pounts) being 97 Kgs on averge, 2 years ago I lost other 10 or so KG by using Metalim diet (Which from what I have read is similar to Atkins?) Anyway I am planning to do that diet again but don't commit the same mistakes which rebound me to the 115 Kg I weight today.
But I would really appreciate if you guys could help me on this? I know zero about body building so maybe Metalim isn't good for that? Is it better to try to get muscles when I diet or after I get slim?
So my stats:
Height: 1.78 Meters (5 ft 10 in)
Weight: 115 Kg (253 pounds)
Waist: 130 Cm (51 in)
BMI: 36.30
Body Fat: 38.43%
