I spent the first 5 months on a treadmill, and making much in the way of improvements. The past 7 months have been Insanity and P90X. Finally....some real results.

Well done. Just finished Insanity myself, now started Spartacus. Keep it up.
Great job!! what was your diet/workout like.
I am in the process of growing an epic beard myself.
Thanks buddy!!
My diet stayed the same for most of the time: 1800 calories p/day 50g-70g Fat, 50g Carbs, All the rest Protein. On weekends i upped carbs to about 150g to kind of refuel myself. Seemed to work well.
Monday - Chest/Bis
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Cardio (Started off at 30-40 mins, then by the end only 20 mins HIIT) and abs
Thursday - Shoulders/Tris
Friday - Back
Saturday - Cardio and abs
With the weights i was (and still am) doing 1-2 warm up sets then 1 working set to failure, 2-3 forced reps and then 1-2 negatives.
Thats pretty much it!

1800 calories??u never felt hungry?? I am 5 '6" and weight 127 lbs now. I have upped my calorie intake now to 1800 calories a day. Wow... seems like I have to consume 1200 calories now.
Long time lurker - First post!
12-weeks cut hard(ish). Looks like a lost some muscle, but I haven't lost any strength, in fact I'd say I have gained 10% lifting strength.
Plans: Now, maybe a little more cut to try get them abs visible and then attempt to clean bulk aiming towards christmas for some good results.
Sorry about the poor pics / iPad (iPhone lens damaged :( )
--------------
01 June: 86 kg
01 Sept: 73 Kg
Aiming for 70Kg in 3 weeks (achievable).

Another update on the above. Dropped another 2/3KG(Need an accurate weight-in).
Very happy so far with the results.
Also; Anybody got any idea (roughly) what body fat % looks to be? Never got this measured.
Very nice! Sorry I have no idea on the body fat, but great job.
Nice ^^

Nah man not at all... i drank a butt load of water, and i train after work so by the time i get home and eat dinner its almost bed time so there's no time to snack. But as i'm sure you know we all function differently so what worked for me might not be what's gonna work for others, but once you find what does work stick with it!
need 50 posts... :(

I would be really happy with such result.
As for bf, I say you are around 12 - 10%
Keep it up

once you reach your goal weight, your gonna have one helluva transformation bro! congrats, and keep going!!!!
What an amazing thread!
Pretty much my story is I was using exercise as a reason to eat as much as I wanted to. I realized a month ago this needs to change, so I decided I'm going to get down to 10% BF. This is my progress so far. It's obviously not anywhere near 10%, but it still gives me a twinge of pride to see what I've achieved so far. Also, I'm a couple of tenths an inch shy of 6'.
First pic was taken 9/9/13 at 185 pounds fat. Second pic was taken this morning (10/20/13) at 172 and somewhat fitter than before.
Sorry for the horrible picture quality. Iphone photos never turn out well for me...
Amazing photos guys! really motivating to see this from all of you!
Here's my most recent comparison :)

Well done again, keep it going!
Hello . Long time lurker, first time poster , I too am on my way to a total body transformation . Though I have to start with a major cut and drop around 15-20 % bodyfat before I can enjoy a proper bulk :P
I started at the last week of August , Took a picture then , and I try to take one every 2 weeks . I attach the start and the 1st month progress (took a week break cause I had to leave town for 4-5 days, and I kinda slacked on my diet last week ). Month 2 progress coming in a week :D
Getting there ;) Fat pics from July 2011 (270 lbs) ; "Fit" pic is from today (186 lbs) lowest weight I have hit is 175
