Absolutely great, what was your original weight and how long did it take you? Did you do any cardio when you were at your heaviest or only gradually when you started losing, did you lift as well early into your transformation?
Cheers

Thank you mate.
I started at November 2012 and still in progress till today. In November I had 140 kilograms, now I'm balancing at 89-90 kg (my goal is 80-85, then bulk up back to 90). When I was at my heaviest I did cardio 1-2x a week, you just can't overdo it since you are REALLY heavy and you could hurt your bones (ankle and knee joints), I tried running as well but gave up after 1 week, my bone joints would be destroyed that way, so I what I basically did was fooling aroung in gymnastic hall (believe it or not I was doing parkour with my weight, well, more like fatso trying to get over obstacles, I just like any sort of movement), then I did aerobic cardio at home that I found on YouTube (I can't post links here so if you're interested what I did search on YT "aerobics 5-1", and that's about it. But still the main reason I was able to lose so much weight is because of good nutrition and diet. As I always say to my friends "you can lose weight by eating healthy and no sports, but you can't lose it by doing sports and eating like a pig". And if you combine good diet + some cardio as well then it's the best way around. I didn't lift until I was 100 kg, now I lift 2-3x a week at home (bought myself a dumbell 10kg). I lift only 10kg and no more, because I was to be slim and narrow but muscular. I'm sick of being big in any way, so there's no way I'm bulking back to 100 or 110, I just want to be small :) (been giant my whole life, hope you understand). If you have anymore questions about diet don't hesitate to ask me, I'm ready to share.
Pic on left is May 2011 at 173lbs. Pic on right is July 2013 at 164lbs. I just competed in the Louisiana State Show this past weekend and took 1st in my class! 2yrs ago this was the first show I ever attended, I didn't think I would ever compete much less win a first place trophy! Goes to show you anything is possible if you set your mind to it. Stay positive my friends!
I'm not sure if I should keep cutting or if I should start bulking now. What do you think? I've been cutting for about 9 weeks now.
My transfo
From fat to fit (124-75 kg) than gain muscle.(80 kg).1,5 year progress.

It's a great feeling isn't it?
I started getting serious about weight loss and lifting weights in August of 2012. I was 226lb and now it's July 2013 and I weight 177lb (I wish I had before and after pictures).
One of the things I LOVED about the whole thing is, I finally see a jawline, one chin, and I learned I actually have a neck.
Good job, man! Mind if I ask how tall you are?
Here is a picture of my progress from July 2012(222 pounds) to May 2013 (170).
I don't use bodyspace much and never had the opportunity to post this.
More pics of my current self soon to come!

Cheers for the reply mate, you've done great, yeah im also at 140kg, so not doing any exercise either cos' I just don't think its right atm, too large, but will do when I get smaller and feel more comfortable doing so, all my losses through nutrition so far though bud, and thanks, will always PM you if I have a Q mate.
Who let the chins out?
Mirin facial aesthetics bro! Great job! Diet/eating routine?
Hopefully I'm doing this right. I'm new to this site and to fitness. I've been winging it for about 4 months now. Back in March of this year I went to the Doc and she informed me I had high blood pressure/cholesterol. I'm 27 and was put on cholesterol medicine. At the time I was also sitting at 215 lbs and on my way to a divorce. That's all the motivation I needed to make a change. I started off at 215 lbs and now I'm currently sitting at 165 lbs. I have no clue what my body fat % is. I lurked around on this site for a couple weeks now and decided to join. Looks like a great support group!
Excellent job man!
i've posted my skinny to mass , but in the meanwhile i was fat so here is my other transformation

awesome work bro
thanks! ain't nothing what DEDICATION wont help you achieve .
awesome work bro
It's really a long road, and it's extremely hard, but not impossible. I'm getting closer to see my abs for the first time in my life! Losing fat and gaining muscle naturally is hard but solid and stable!
I was 231.5 lbs on Nov. 2011 and got to 154.3 lbs today. Hope I keep it hard :)
Still, I need another year or two to be at my best.
