I was asking because I have the exact same problem :(
But keep up the good work!
Great thread!
Started at about 231.5 lbs (105 kg), but the BEFORE photo below was taken at 215.6 (97.8 kg) on 7-Dec-2011 and the AFTER is yesterday (30-May-2013) at 158.1 lbs (71.7 kg, 10.7% BF approx.).
Being ripped at 160-165 lbs would be perfect to me.
Supplements? Sometimes lipo-6 for energy boost. I try to get most of my protein by eating more red meat (1/4-1 kg) or chicken (1/2-2 skinless) and drinking more milk (1-2 liters, full cream "3.5%")). Avoiding wheat, cabbage, potato, and limiting drinks to milk, water, and tea mostly.
Endurance is extremely important to me. Power + lightweight + flexibility + speed are my goals.
Loved you in Lost brah

Salute!
I hope this doesn't lose formatting, but since I began my "change" on 4/16, I am down 17 pounds as of today. I also uploaded the worst possible photo of me (at my heaviest - 254.50) to continually motivate me. Other than cheating on Memorial Day weekend (where I gained a pound), I have seen a steady decline. Now I literally feel the weight pouring off of me.

Oh yea, don't make fun of my feet. :D
^ Dude, you do look happier! Well done. That is so awesome!
I also wanted to come back over here and share my first month progress with you guys, especially for any of you like me out there that lurk around like I used to. For you guys that people don't think are fat, but you know that even though you're not obese that there are still way too many pounds of fat cushioning your frame. I've never been fit in my life, never seen the definition of my muscles before, never seen an ab, and never had an easy go at pushups even though I'm in the military and do them on the regular.
On May 1st, I got mad because I knew better than to have wasted the last couple years (I signed up in 2009, so that's 4 years of awesome knowledge and motivation from these forums that I didn't put to use). I put my diet on lockdown in a way that I knew I would enjoy as a lifestyle going forward and really just started caring about myself. Here are the results from my first of probably 3 months cutting fat before I start to finally build myself:

And yes, if the wife\boss is happy, everybody is happy!
Keep up the good work! Planing on doing something for your loose skin in the nipple area? I have the same problem...

So sick! How long have you been working at it?
I am George from Greece , and i am new to bodybuilding.com ! I recently started my diet and working out after a very long (almost lifetime) period of eating every junk food available and following an unhealthy way of life.
Here are my results from 3 weeks of diet and daily cardio and after that 1 week of going to the gym. 1 month milestone is completed and i need some motivation from you guys to keep going!! I know that it's too early to post anything but i feel exited so far so whatever.. Sorry for my english , i know that they are bad.
here are the pictures . before 178 lbs , currently 167 lbs ( hope that i didn't screwed up the lbs system cause i am not used to it yet ). Any estimate amount of body fat in my case? It would be nice to know.
thanks in advance!
p.s. i saw a lot of beautiful transformations in this thread. Congratulations to all the "fighters" here :)

i can see some change .. biggest change is that u have taken this +ve step to change your body... remember it's a slow process but u r at right track.
Although i am not a expert, but my guess is that u r between 14-17% body fat. Keep up the good work
