That's great, but although I was born in the SR my primary language is hungarian :D (És ezt az egészet csak egykezesekkel vitted végbe?)

Haha, that's awesome man! :) Btw. I saw your impressive progress, well done and keep it up!
(Igen, csak két 8,5 kg-os egykezest használok és egy seprű nyelet. Ha gondolod, elküldöm az edzéstervem privátban. De angolul fent van itt is a profilomban az "about me"-ben, a diétám is benne van)
Been a fair while since I been in here. The last thread (part 1) was what got me started in this journey.
So much greatness going on in here.
Keep it up lads and ladies. Your doing great stuff and your making others want to do the same.
Somewhere there is someone opening up this page and starting the journey. All because you YOU.
Wish I could rep every single one of ya.
Before and after. 227 lbs down to 175 this week. I've built some muscle but it's been damn hard while trying to lose all that flab. Going to try and drop another 10 lbs (lose the love handles)
then clean bulk from there.
Damn bro. Congrats on the results.

Nice job alabama22
Hello, this is my progress so far..
january i started with diet, not a hardcore diet... just eating healthy!!! i also did some bike and went for walks (no running)... july i started lifting
then 11 months dieting... 5 months lifting
2 january - 326 pounds (148kg)
1 may - 280~ pounds (128kg)
1 september - 242~ pounds (110kg)
20 december - 211 pounds (96kg)
ofc im not ripped yet, but i like the results i have in my shoulders/chest.
when i first started, my diet sucked.. it was a "weight loss" diet... very low fat, low carb, low calories, lots of salads... now my diet is better!! im eating 1.8g protein / kilo... 1.8g carb / kilo... 0.8g fat / kilo
when i burn all the fat i have on my chest and my stomach i'll start bulking
lets get big my friends!!! hugs from brazil

Awesome dude! Keep going!!!
some serious
work man ! awesome change
I saw a picture last winter of me and my kids at the beach. I realized I had turned into the dad that his kids were probably trying to avoid. Felt like they would be embarrassed to be seen with me. I had left the gym and any concept of healthy eating far behind. That's when I decided to make a change. I want to be the dad that his kids love to hang with and can play with them and show them a great example! A dad that my kids are proud to go out of their way to point me out.
So in January 2013 I decided to make a change. A LIFE long change, and turn myself into the guy that I wanted to be and that I wanted my kids to know. I got my gym membership and off I went. I started eating wayyyy better, and dedicated some time at minimum 5 days a week to workout.
I would like to attach some pics to see if you guys would tell me how I am doing on my journey. I actually was so embarrassed with my self that I did not take a before pic from day one. I didn't get my first pic till I had already lost about 15 lbs.
I am 6'1" tall
PIC I didnt take I was at 248lbs and about 23-25% bf (wish I hadnt taken that)
1st pic is me at about 233lbs with 2 months hitting weights and about 19% BF (went down 2 belt loops)
2nd pic (current) is me at 226lbs and appx 14-15 % BF (went down 4 total belt loops)
My ultimate goal is appx. same weight I am now and about 10% BF. So I just want to get leaner and put a little more muscle mass on.
Would love to hear what everyone thinks?

Nicely done. A similar story to mine: started at 250, currently at 199. Keep on going!

How long did it take you to go from 220 to 178?
My progress between 2010 to 2013. Started at 300 now I'm at 194 with 19.5 percent body fat. Still a lot to do but progress as been slow and stead. Lost 100 pounds the first year, and now been slowly learning weight lifting for the rest, any input would be appreciated!

Great Transformation! As for a program to follow, I have used allpro's beginners program and it has helped me to get a great start.
11 weeks.

Now: 6'o 204.4 lbs ~14% bf? No clue

Great Job!
I'll go ahead and jump in here. I am by no means done working on my physique, but I have made some really good progress over the last 6 months. Went from a depressed, fat kid to being extremely happy with my life, and most importantly my body.
Starting Weight: 240lbs, June 15th:

any of you guys who were bulky do Crossfit and get in better shape?
earlier this year I went on a diet and went from 175 to 165 but stalled out and was eating out on the weekends.
I've started my new diet and am considering doing a complete overhaul on my new routine by doing Crossfit instead.
Any thoughts on guys who diet and do Crossfit?
I'm currently at 186, was at 190 last week before I started my new routine.

I think you'll find a lot of people against Crossfit here. There are a number of threads about why if you do a search.
This was an interesting read I found in one of them:

faurk dude thats amazing!!!
Nice transformation YoungLegit!!
I was aged 16 in the photo around 205-217 lbs.
After two and a half years of hard work I managed to get rid of all my fat and cut up. Thanks to everyone for the help here on the forums and else where.
I'm currently around 180 lbs @ 6ft. On a bulk now! time to really pack on some mass!
This is about 4 months. I started in early September. I'm pretty happy with the results, I just want to make sure I'm on the right path.
Sorry about the titles. Double digits are before, single are after.

Jacob, this is an amazing transformation. Great work
Sorry to hijack the thread, but there are so many success stories here. Has anyone done a clean bulk once they hit 15-17% body fat? I've been cutting awhile and hit a plateau. Could use some motivation/advice to start a clean bulk. Dropped from 220 - 157, but can't get below ~17% despite keeping the diet in check ( 1 g protein/lb, plenty of fat). Any advice appreciated!
9 months between first pic and the last 3.
I'd been lifting for about a year in the first pic but obviously got pretty fat
