dico1610 - Christ man! Awesome progress.
My 4 month transformation. 85kg to 72 kg.
Lots of ups and downs, not an amazing outcome this year considering that its been my first year and I've just been enriching knowledge while transforming but hopefully Ill go further and reach my goals, Still pleased with the outcome I've got.
I'm 15 years old (16 next month) and this is my FAT to FIT transformation and it's my pleasure to be sharing it with you guys, would really love to know what you guys think.

Dude, that is awesome. Did you cut for a few months and bulk for one, or was that all just from cutting?

Awesome, dude! Welcome to posting. I transitioned similarly a couple months ago too lol. Are you tracking everything you're doing? I'm sure people are curious, and will have a lot of insight for you as you go if you post it. Well done for 3 months, man.

It's hard to track because I'm working out with a personal trainer twice a week and training for the CPAT test for the fire department so my workout is all over the place the only thing consistent is a good amount of cardio that I've started to incorporate a 40lb weighted vest with. As far as eating goes I have egg whites for breakfast, some sort of fish chicken or turkey for lunch and dinner with vegetables and fruits throughout the day and usually a 100% Gold Standard protein shake (2 scoops) and a Platinum Hydrobuilder protein shake (1 scoop). Of course the diet is what I'm supposed to be doing I don't follow that strictly every day of the week but I don't do fast food or soda at all so even when I 'cheat' it's not like I'm cheating with McDonald's and BK

good job dude! keep it going brother
Current weight 187. Have been up to 280 before. 5'10"
Just looking for some opinions on my body. Overhanging stomach, etc
imgur.com/a/8jgUS
Sadly don't have a before pic but you can clearly see it in my stomach.
As you can see I seem to have a lot of extra hanging around the stomach. Hoping this continues to disappear. Has anyone experienced this and had it go away after losing a significant amount of weight?
I plan on continuing to cut to roughly 170. I am hoping this will be fairly low BF. I have some mass currently.. not sure if its enough for a lean 170 though.
Been lifting for over a year.
Current PRs
squat 335x4
BP 225x4
DL 415x4
Press 150x3

Dude you have come a long way from where you started! Grats
that a beast mode wrist band I spot? You've earned that man! Good luck with your bulk :)
Hi everyone,
I just want to share my transformation with you. This took me 10 months. I went from 222 pounds (over 20% BF) to 188 pounds (10% BF) and i'm still training 5 days week to lower my bodyfat and increase my lean mass.
Congrats bro! good to see that you are living the healthy lifestyle! im super keen to become as ripped as you are! can i ask over what period your transformation occured. and what inspired you to make such a beneficial lifestyle change?
My stats: 6'2, 235 lbs currently
This was a year ago (last summer), here I was weighing around 230 and really really fat. This was unfortunately during my stage of being a permabulker...not very pleasing :/

Annddddd here's Christmas time last year (Dec 2012)

Here I lost a lot of fat throughout the Fall after incorporating 20-30 min cardio sessions after workouts and eating considerably less (not necessarily clean tho). I was still around 220-225 in this pic but a LOT leaner
And this is current, from last week (June 27th)

I'm currently 230 again, maybe 235 but have shed a lot of fat since last summer.
If anyone's interested in my training log (which I haven't posted in, in forever lol), you can find it here:

I went from an obese 210 lbs, 25% body fat with a 38" waist, to my current 181 lbs, 6.8% body fat a a 32" waist, at the ripe old age of 48 years. Two major NPC competitions under my belt, with another on July 13th. Working to get down to 4% for a major competition before pulling water. Hope to get there for October show.

Fantastic job! Proves even us "old" dogs have a lot left in the tank.
From 2000 to 2013 155 lbs gone..
updated profile pic of my current look. Will create an image of my comparison pics (one per month from Feb til July 2013) as soon as I can. Pretty cool to look at the month-to-month comparison.
I'm transitioning to a slow (gotta stay disciplined) bulk. Kinda scared to add fat after losing 55 lbs. Gotta bulk at some point though.

Nice going man ! Keep up the hard work :)
Here is a recent transformation pic. At my highest weight about 3 years ago I weighed 215. I got myself down to 165 and was stable but not losing, the ultimate goal was 135-140.
Then in December last year I very painfully lost my relationship, my car, my job and my home all at once. By April I had eaten my way back to 196 pounds. The picture on the left is 196 pounds just after wisdom tooth surgery, April 22. The pic on the right is a few days ago at about 165. Still TONS of work to do, goal is 135.

I was looking through some old pictures and I found a picture of me at what I think was my heaviest, I think I was somewhere between 270-280 in the picture on the left, at the picture on the right I am at about 225.
I am 18 years old in the picture on the left, and 28 years old in the picture on the right.

:D
You look definitely older on the left picture. Nice work. Congrats bro !
Almost 80lbs lost and in the best shape of my life. Everything was done with just dieting and exercise. No supplements besides whey protein.

Image on the left is at about 215 pounds. Image on the right is today.
Here's another one to show how fast this has happened and how hard I've been hitting the cardio.

Gross fat face photo on the left is from May 18th, double chin-less left photo is from today. Crazy change in less than 2 months.
Hi All,
Unfortunately, I can't link images to my posts yet, but I've attached my progress photos.
I posted way back in Part 1 of this awesome thread, but I figured I'd give an update. I'm 5' 9'' and grew up as a fat kid (I mean FAT). My maximum weight was 285 @ 35+% body fat. I've attached a comparison of me in 2006 and me in 2013 (dressed to impress). I didn't show much skin at 285 lbs, obviously, but I did find a picture of shirtless sleeves in 2008 (seen in the "before 2008.jpg" image).
Instead of drastically changing, I slowly changed habits little by little over the years. I ate healthier, exercised a little more. Back in 2011, I jumped into P90X and never looked back. I did 2 rounds and now I'm hitting the gym everyday working 1 major muscle group before diving into cardio. I also picked up dancing, yoga, tennis, hiking, biking, anything that's active and fun.
I'm currently at 170 lbs @ 11 - 13% body fat (seen in the "current 2013.jpg" image).
It's not a fun journey, and I still feel like the fat kid waiting to be judged, but I am happy of how far I've come.
I have a collection of shirtless photos I'll post once I reach my goal and have a serious "WHOA" moment. It's fun taking progress pics and looking back on them over the years.
Good luck to everyone. The emotional/physical challenge to go from fat to fit is a life changing one. I wouldn't be who I am today without being fat, and without changing my lifestyle.

good job ksrc and goalie girl most people i see use crappy "supplements" to get cut and gain mass and it looks terrible. It might fool some people that don't know what a natural fit physique is supposed to look like, but you can't fool people who actually put in the work. It's not really a popular opinion here but natural is the way to be.
Looking great, man! Lots of progress!
