Hello everyone.
I'm from India and just graduated out of college. To say I'm new to the world of points and miles would be an understatement.
So, everything on here will be a nice addition to my knowledge and hopefully I can grow into it more and more.
Cheers.

That's amazing man! I have similar features to your before pic. That's great that you were able to do all of that with equipment at home and dieting. Good job!
Amazing! Great Job!
Afternoon everyone!
I am rather new here and would like to introduce myself. I am Amy, Mom of 5 and have recently (From May 2013 - Present) taken off 55 lbs and transformed from a size 14 to a size 2. I work full time and have 5 children (obviously, right???) I found the program that works for me and have ran with it! I started my fb page also since then..... I love cooking and transforming receipes to work with my lifestyle. I post those there and on instagram. I LOVE the weights! I just started my building phase, finally! I couldn't be more excited! I have a goal and a dream and I will see it thru!

We all start somewhere. You can see the progress you've made so far, congrats!!! Keep at it, you will be very happy with the result if you stick at it!

why do people hold newspapers in these photos ? (serious question)
From December to now, slowly but surely getting there

to prove that the timeframe they said it took for them to lose the weight is legit.
Growing up I was always a big kid and before I started my transformation I was 240lbs at 17 years old. I began to change my diet and only a few years later did I stat to workout. Now I am currently 22 years old at 180 lbs with still a long way to go.
