just made a progress pic for Sh*ts and giggles today but was seriously surprised at the difference I have made for myself over the past few years. It shouldn't have taken this long, but slow progress is still progress. I want to drop about 15-20 more lbs then bulk back up to hopefully 215-220.

It's not much compared to some of the incredible stuff done by people here, but growing up as a pretty obese kid.. I didn't even think for a second that someday I could get here :)

Well done on the progress made so far mate.

Buddy, it took me months! if you've achieved this in 3 weeks.. I predict a future BEAST. Your chest looks exactly the same as mine, have you checked for gyno? my nipples have remained incredibly puffy and pointy despite losing so much weight

Ive been in single digits bf% before so i know exactly what i need to do. I'm currently on 1 hour cardio a day before work and weight trainning in the evenings;- taking gear too which is why i'm getting results fast. I've got a few charity events where i'm fund raising so got that extra boost to train as hard as possible.
I've always struggled between is it gyno or simply fat..i probably do have a little gyno but it's nothing a little letro can take care off.
Keep up the good work mate.

I plan on cutting down to a very low BF% and see how it looks then. Perhaps It actually will be the last place for the fat to go. I can definitely feel a bit of a small hard lump behind the areola region, but maybe it won't be as prominent at a low bf%. There's still quite some stubborn fat in the surrounding region. I will keep you posted (:

First I was like...

But then I bodybuilded

Left photo was 3 months in after I had lost around 8 kilos (17 pounds). Right photo is 4 months later (where I am now) with a total of 17 kilos (37 pounds lost). Bodyfat from 21% to now 9% in 7 months. I could have made faster progress had I had diet more in check the first few months. I have a ways to go, but my chest seems like its finally starting to grow, stomach is starting to get ripped (my abs dont seem to get bigger no matter how hard I work them though. Maybe need some weighted ab excercises in lower rep range?), and my shoulders are coming in. I am still on a cut, but as its my first year lifting I am definitely still putting on muscle despite the fact that Im in a pretty big choleric deficit and eating low carb. I want to get my bodyfat down to around 7% and then do a slow clean bulk to put on around 3 or 4 kilos of muscle, and hopefully keep the stomach a bit in the process (yeah, Im going for the skinny ripped look). Will try to start that next month.
Long way to go, but Im getting there.

Better to get on an AI sooner than later. Easier than trying to fix it if it gets carried away.
They are all amazing !!!
Looking good everyone! Great transformations.

Nice bro. How long have you been going at it?
337 to 276 over a year span. Old football weight getting out of control. Decided to fix it finally. 310-276 just this year alone.

Does anyone know anything regarding gynomastia (I think I have it - I also really freaking hate my side tits). Also, stretch marks, how to I go about dealing with it?
