Well done man.. I can see the difference.
I lost 25 lbs since the beginning of the year, unfortunately I took the first photo on 27 January.. For any real transformation photos I'll have to wait for a few months.

last stages of my diet. from 260 to low 160s now, trying to really lean out and have a flat stomach (maybe even some ab definition). it's been hard sledding lately, feeling like i'm on a plateau.

Nice trans both of ya. Feels good to be fit doesn't it? :) Repping both for your hard work and dedication.
Long term GF broke up with me in September last year, the next day I hit the gym/diet.
I can easily see a change through the clothing such as the Hong Kong picture and the wedding picture from last Saturday though I have fell off the wagon a bit lately.
Started 135kg / 297 pounds in September 2012 at 6ft 3
Now 106-108 kg - 233 pounds.

Girlfriend cheated on me, told me it was because the guy was fitter (english slang for better looking) then me.
Said fuark this, dumped her. Started hitting the gym on a serious cut.

Lift, 5 days a week working a different muscle group each day. Only cardio i did was running to gym and back (about half a mile each way)
Diet was just calorie deficiet (500 a day)
2 protein shakes a day
I didn't eat no special foods, still ate burgers and such. Long as if fits in your calories for the day.
How do you know after cutting when the best time to start bulking is? I still have a long ways to go as far as cutting goes but I just wanted to double check and get my facts straight. Do I need to be skinny as ****? I'm about 5'11" 205 lbs currently, probably 20% BF. I'm a fat muscular guy if that makes sense, just to give you an idea of my body type. My arms are a pretty good size, legs are huge but I have fat all over me.

Its whenever you feel comfortable, i mean generally people will say around 10-12% so you don't end up suuper fat later and have to cut for longer periods and run the risk of losing muscle.
But genuinely, whenever you feel you won't be too worried by a little fat gain. I know people who cut down to like 8% super skinny and try to keep within the sub 10% range all year round (lean bulkers) & some who say **** fat i'ma be a BEAST & just bulk all year long with 15%+

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind. Not sure exactly how to measure BF% but I know that people can just look and tell so when I think I'm ready I'll probably post a cutting transformation picture and check to see if I'm ready!

500 calorie deficit and bulk when you start n see abs clearly defined.
That way you will bulk clean and it wont be hard once the sufficient muscle is gained and u wanna show off your clean lean mass by removing the fat from the bulk around them well built muscles...
The rule of thumb is . the fatter u are when u bulk the longer and more patience and stamina needed when dieting before you get lean again...
Hope was of help.
