mate.
when that piece of lead touched the paper for the first time.... Rome was the beginning of a masterpiece.
read up on ketosis for a good place to start at that weight.
train 4-5 times a week for about 50 min each time.. record every morning for a month the scale reading.
dont cheat. do eat. n train that meat. and you will accomplish your feat.....
all my pics removed from my bodyspace.... but trust me..... been there..... it works

thank you very much. What's the purpose of reading the scale for a month? To see if I should adjust calories? Any idea on how Much calories I should be eating? I was eating around 1800 but I just wasn't feeling the push in the gym. Should I up them?

at the start mate just write down your morning weight ... its drastic i know... ( i went to the market on the way to the gym and for 30 pence they weighed me on a pro scale and stamped the ticket with weight and date on...) i kept them and was amazed when put the flat and seen the gradual loss....
anything to keep you motivated....
later on you will not use scales but visual...... definition... triceps showing through etc....
in ketosis for the first 4 weeks solid... (buy some ketostix) your fat will literally fall off your body....... Keep your protien to 1-1.1g per lb of bodyweight.... so if your 200lb and 25% bodyfat then adjust to 150g of protien a day....
if your wondering about ya calories then just multiply your weight by 12.5-13 to drop weight weekly....
eat clean.....
keep a myplate diary... or if like me and dont care about repetitiveness then eat the same every day.... (easier to track...)
dont think cardio is a huge weight dropper..... It helps but isnt needed..... (search for larrys mojo on here and look at what no cardio can do)
your body is made in the kitchen buddy....
The gym is where you damage ur tissues.
Rest is where its repaired....
i aint no master. but what i do know is that there are loads of people out there who all started somewhere and it was the outstanding motivation of this thread that has built some of us into changing our lifestyles and health for the better......
any help you need mate just drop me a mail.... i will try my best to help....

awesome thanks a lot bro. Should I multiply with my lean weight? I don't know it but I'm guessing around 30%

just multiply your actual weight you are now.....
adjust your intake as you lose weight.... so every week you should be reducing your intake accordingly... keep carbs to a minimum ant night and try and eat every 3 hours. small easy clean meals.... speed up that metabolism....

A lot of motivation in these threads and throughout the entire forum!
Here's my progression thus far and I hope it can help somebody else get motivated as well!
Soon I am going to do an initial shirt off pic and see where I come out in 2-3 months. Shirt off is something I've never really been confident doing, but that is all about to change!
Keep up the amazing work everybody!![/QUOTE]

Almost 9 months in now. I posted a couple of these pics before, and there is a some new. Hoping to motivate others, if i can do it anyone can.
94.7kg -> 80kg (May til December 7th) Pic 1 is May, Pic 2 is December.
80kg -> 85kg (December 8th til today)
Bottom left ab shot is this morning, after a month and a half of a surplus, bottom right full body is about a month ago. Gonna keep the cals at around where they are now i think, still adding weight slowly, so gauging how it goes.

Good job! +rep
Seriously, I am roughly the same bf percentage as your before pic. This is some serious motivation to lose those last 15-20 lbs. Thanks! :)
