I've been working out for about 3 years, only til a year ago did I start looking at nutrition. in a years span I've gone from 240 to 170 and now back up to near 180. Going for lean gains, trying to keep body fat as low as possible in the mean time.

Great job overall huge difference, as for body fat it's most likely in the 18% range.

Started at 156 lbs (left) after my half-decent bulk (gained too much fat and I was skinny fat when I started) and today, after 4 months of cutting, my weight is 133 lbs (right).

amazing work man
would you please share your program and some tips? I started 3 weeks before and lost 18lbs so far but weight stopped coming down from past week ;(
Nice brahs so much motivation in here :)
In Summer 2012 I was around 280 pounds, now as of last week I weighed in at 168.
I was big my whole life, but it didn't get bad until I was in high school and started playing football. The amount of stuff I would eat, which mainly included fast food 4 times a week, in order to get big for football resulted in me gaining 80 pounds from freshman year to senior year in mostly fat (although I was pretty strong and could bench 275 and squat 365). I just felt slow, sluggish, and bad and after football ended decided I wanted to make a change.
After doing cardio and eating a LOT less for about a year and a half, I finally started lifting again about a month ago after a very long hiatus, and for the first time in my life I actually LOVE working out. I think the constant lifting for 4 years really caused me to burn out and made me hate lifting and exercising in general
I'm finally starting to put back the muscle that I had when I played football in HS except now I'm almost 120 pounds lighter :)

Keep going mate hopefully we will get your pics soon!
i'd love a lil feedback guys
No doubt you put in the work bruh Great job keep it up
congrats to all.
i started back in summer 2011... was 225+ then. i am currently 175. i have been as low as 160 but i still play sports and feel like like thats too low of a weight.
what do you think my previous body fat % was? id say 30s... what do you think my current % is? i dont' feel like percentage matters a whole lot, but i'd like to hear. i feel good and im hoping sub 13-14. going to try to get to ~9-10 at 5'10 175lbs. any suggestions on accomplishing this while keeping my current weight? i would be willing to go down to 165 for a little while.
thanks.

Going well tetrahebro good progress
My suggestion would be a subtle change to trick metabolism at this point, drop a small thing out of your diet at each plateau and monitor progress
185lbs skinny & fit to 250lbs fat then I leaned back down to 200lbs then bulked up to 237 13%BF healthy weight & mass. I don't got a pic of me at 200lbs. Just posted 185>250>237
Since pics don't go in the order I choose and idk how to load them and mark them to identify, you can tell from my tattoos which is old and recent.
Hi I'm new to all this. I'm 21, Law student from the UK. I would be grateful if someone could advise me on my body. I just want to get abs and in good shape. My weight (9 stone) has been the same for the past few years now. If there is someone in the UK around my age that can keep in touch regularly that would be cool. I want to start working out at home as I don't workout at all, however I am a fast walker. I want to buy some dumbbells and don't know where to begin!
First pic is from last year, the rest are from the past few days.
Cheers.

Don't really need weights unless you plan to do a lil bulking and build up with sets. Alternative is your basic exercise,
pull ups: wide grip, close grip & military grip
push ups: wide position and close position
Tricep dips on a seat or bench
Lay down and do sit ups
Lay down and do leg lifts
Lay down and do bicycle
Basic run/jog or bike.
Jumping jacks
Lunges
Squats
Work on holding a plank position as well as a squat position. Core exercises will rip you up and melt the fat away.
The list goes on for activity you can do. Looks & sounds like you just want basic tone & abs. Therefore you don't even need weights! Be creative use your own body weight as your resistance.
And honestly the fastest way to tone get abs and get serious fast results.
#1 eat healthier, boost your metabolism by eating something small every 2hours like a hard boiled egg for instance.
#2 run lots & lots of cardio. That is the fastest way to lean up and melt. It can suck but it's the fastest way to get results.
#3 do abs
Could use this workout if u going to use dumbbells

First picture was at ~200 lbs, taken in August of 2013, after a year of non lifting, drinking 5 nights a week, terrible diet, and multiple injuries keeping me inactive.
Second picture is at ~195lbs, taken 3 days ago, after a 7 month bulk up to 215 lbs, and a 3 month cut to where I am now.
Looking to drop some more BF and hopefully end up around 185lbs and 12% BF in another couple of months
