this is an epic transformation, seriously :)
what are your routines,sir?
He isnt going to post here again with the results so i will tell you how he did it...
He strapped 2 yes 2.. not 1 but 2 baby calves to his back and carried them round for 12 weeks up stairs and to work..
He packed 84 different lunch boxes on day 1 with the food needed and 84 big bottles of water and didnt cheat...
Then he hand bronzed himself and took a pic with a decent digital SLR camera and posted the results.....
Or.......2 He took a substance...........
Or 3 he trained like a beast... SLEPT like a baby and ate like a king....
I personally think it was either the first option or the third......

I hope it was option 1... Really REALLY hope. Because that was my plan to start on August 1st.

Here is the start of my transformation from skinny fat to BIG! Long way to go, but almost finished with my cut.
-
Here's my transformation.
I wasn't exactly fat but I'd say around 20% bodyfat isn't what I wanted.
These results have been achieved within 3 months.
I followed @BBnEngineer for 12 weeks and the dude busted his @ss. Pretty low blow. Doesn't take a genius to see had already had mass and just got shredded to sh:t. I garauntee if you committed for 12 weeks like he did you would realize what your body can do.
Thank you POrtergolf. I followed you as well and your transformation was equally if not more impressive. And the fact that you continue to cut that hard is inspiring. After those 12 weeks, my body and mind were exhausted. No way I had another 12 weeks in me.
It obviously isn't going to be easy by any means, I may just be too new to this, just was saying it is a huge difference. If nothing else, he should take it as a compliment. Well done to both of you guys.
I do take it as a compliment. Probably the best compliment you can get. I've been lifting for many, many years and once you have that solid base it's a lot of fun to cut the fat and see what you've built each year. Just FYI, go check out the dymatize threads. I have seen atleast a half dozen transformations that I think are better than mine.
You musta went outta your f'n mind those 12 weeks! I mean to get ripped like that you had to have eaten clean to a T and not cheated once?.
I didn't cheat at all. Every day I kept my calories where I had planned out.
Amazing results man, but your going to have to post more than that. Don't just drop transformation pictures in here like that and not expect to tell story/routine/diet. And why did you go from really pale to really dark in 12 weeks? Your almost darker than I am in the second picture lol.
It's funny. I get more PM's on how I got so tan than I do for my diet. I've posted a very detailed log in my bodyblog showing my diet and lifting routine. But cliffs are 1,700 calories, 50p/30f/30c to 60/30/10 macros, typical 4-day split lifting every day and 20 min cardio sessions 3x/day.

Lulz. Nailed it with the calves.
And as far as the tan goes, you guys must not have ever been to a bb'n show. The bronzers alone will turn you almost black. Then do a little tanning on the side. Without the bronzers I was still pretty white.
I appoligize for the late reply but I didn't subscribe to the thread and forgot about it. I'll be sure to stop back. Also, feel free to shoot me a PM

Also, check out this thread. All these guys/gals had jaw dropping transformations.

Respect man, doesn't sound like you did anything to dramatic either. Great work. The 20 minute cardio sessions you did 3x a day were 7 days a week or only 4 days a week? And did those make you extremely tired or overtrained?

Cardio was every day and so was lifting. It was a 4 day split but I lifted every day. This allows me to hit each muscle group almost 2x/week which is where I get the best results.
Breakdown
Day 1 - Chest, bis
Day 2 - Shoulders
Day 3 - Back, tris
Day 4 - Legs
Day 5 - Start over at day 1
So it's the typical 4-day split w/o the 3 days off.
The first two months went really well. I was pretty sore at first but my body adapted. But as soon as I hit around 10% BF my body really started figting back. I got the worst cravings, was tired and very grumpy and lost my sex drive. My next cut will be much slower at around 2,200-2,500 calories. But that's tough to do when it's a contest. You want to shed the most amount of fat in the shortest amount of time. It wasn't the training that wore me out, it was the diet.

Don't worry, I only looked that good for that day. I'm back to being white and started bulking again. The strength loss was hurting my ego on that cut.
-
I'm still waiting until I can really earn that "fit" moniker. I wonder what point I will reach that... 185? 170? 160?
Let's just say I've come a long way and it is nice to know that I'll be under 200 by the time the pools open; then I'll spend June to October removing as much fat as I can, and we will see where I end up. I'd guarantee that I can get to 185, I would bet good money on getting to 170, and I think it'll be a mini-miracle to get to 160.
But the body is gonna do what it's gonna do!

Ok thanks for the heads up. I took an average of 3 different measurements to come up with 10%. 3 site Jackson got me 11%, bio electric impedance was 9%, 1 site supralic was just over 10.

Yup. On an aggressive cut the name of the game is just trying to maintain. If I can keep my lifts and muscle mass within 90% of my bulk numbers it's a good cut.
-
You cant gain strength on a calorie deficit mate .... Cmon...
Of course you can. Your not going to go from a max of 300 to 350 on the bench, but you can get stronger in many other areas that may not be directly influenced by a number.
Stabilization strength and athleticism come to mind. Strength isn't just a max, but I understand what you were trying to say. At least I hope.

Oh okay that seems pretty intense then. I thought you meant 4 days a week. What were doing for cardio just jogging? I might try to do something similar with the cardio in the future.

Oh thank god.... I was really worried I wouldn't be able to find any around here. I only work with Albino's. You got some?
Also, wtf is going on in here? I can't even tell you how many times my jaw has dropped in the past week reading the **** being spewed around!!

I'd run a mile first thing in the morning.
Eliptical intervals at lunch
Walking on the treadmill @ 4 mph on incline after dinner
Not a fan of intense cardio. So mostlly LIT cardio for me.. I save my intensity for the weight room.

Hey guys, I'm halfway in cutting, 10 more weeks to go. My goal is around 163-160lbs. Let me know please what do you think.
At the end of august I'll start clean bulking obviously, but first I wanna cut down the fat in the next 10 weeks as much as I can.
What do you think, is it possible to approach 10% bf? I know, it isn't worth as I don't have serious mass, but I never had sixpack and it's important for my ego. LOL
I'm lifting 4 times and doing cardio 5 times weekly, also I have a tight diet routine.

Nice change. You can really see it in your face as well! Keep going!
