Thanks man, my diet has changed over the last 4 years with trial and error for my body. I've went from eating strictly every 3 hours and all clean food and no carbs before bed, to eating everything in sight as long as it fit into my macros for the day. Honestly speaking, I was the most "cut" during my super clean eating cycles, but when I ate based on my macros rather than making sure I avoided sugar all day, I still kept lean, just didn't have the look I had when I was eating clean. So now that I am at a low percentage body fat, I generally eat whatever I want and workout hard for about 10 months, which bumps me up to about 10-12% bf, then cut for 2-3 months with a super clean diet to get back down to the middle single digits for summer. The only obstacles I faced was work and friends. Due to my work schedule and the gym hours, I only get 5 hours of sleep to make sure I get a solid workout in, and get home with enough time to prepare my 4 meals for the work day. I have always been a pretty hard partier as well, so my cutting cycles have my friends being pretty pissy and unsupportive. This is the fourth cutting cycle I have went on, so they are used to it now, but it used to be rough. Getting called out every five minutes for not going out on the weekends or for twofers got pretty old lol. Other than that, the only obstacle is motivation and dedication man. You need knowledge, and the only thing stopping you from learning all you need to know is the motivation to read, and the dedication to put it into practice. I learned everything I know from nutrition articles on this site.
And if you have any questions you want answered in detail, just message me. I'll help anybody that wants it. Just don't feel like getting flamed on this site for what "I" did or what worked for "me". That is generally how this forum is... Or at least that is how it used to be.
First three photos somewhere around 175ish, last three are current with one being 155, two being 150. Not lots of weight necessarily, but lots of inches lost and went down 4 pant sizes. Excited to keep pushing and improving my diet as that is where I tend to stuggle.
Beautiful transformation, I like the Wyo shirt my brother and I went to Wyo tech, we drove going and coming from San Diego best experience of Life
Lower abs are usually hardest to bring out.
Leg raises & preferably WEIGHTED leg raises. Bicycles as well as incline/weighted bicycles will help bring out lower definition.
Typically, the lower abs section is where a lot of water weight gets held. For a lot of guys it's the last place they lose fat, and the first place they gain it. (SUCKS)

this was done without any weight lifting or strength training at all- only a slight increase (well a decent increase for me if you consider I am a sedentary graphics designer in my daily activity and was almost completely sedentary outside work hours also- since new year I have been spending 3-4 hours every day or two doing physical work around the property- carpentry of a new roof to laying drywall etc. Other than that this the change you see has been almost 100% on diet alone- and I am not even going to describe it or I will get flamed, booted and banned lol)...
I was quite surprised at what was hiding underneath though.
Now to get me a gym membership and add some muscle.
Any idea of BF % anyone? Thanks in advance for any input...

New to the forums guys, changed my life around and got healthy. Pictures on my profile I'm not sure how to post as I'm on the app right now
First I just want to say amazing job everyone. You are all inspirations to me!
Here is my progress. Although it is not "current" in that the after was taken on January 1, 2013 I believe it shows what dedication to working out and eating right can really do.

Okay, well i dont have any transformation pictures YET...but i figured i'd ask you guys for your honest opinions. Those 3 pictures are pictures of me right now that i just took, so they're the before pics.
with the shape im in now, how long do you guys think it should take for me to get shredded? if im on a decent diet and have mma 2-3 days a week and lifting 2-3 days a week.
By the way, im 18 years old, 6ft 183lbs in case that means anything.
And, if anyone has any workout tips or especially diet tips its all greatly appreciated..just looking to improve my body and health!

I found big motivation here for my cutting. After 6 month of dirty bulking I started my diet 1,5 months ago. I was almost 93 kilos, now I'm 85. My goal is around 75-77kg, under 10% bodyfat...let's make it happen. :)
This is my progress:
