I can't believe it's been over 2 years now since I started losing weight. It was an incredible journey with ups and downs, but resisted all the urges to eat my lovely chocolate and sweets, and did it.

Here's me, lost 30 pounds in 5 months!
I'm nowhere near where I want to be, but I'm really happy with my progress!
I'm 6 feet tall and am currently 201.8 pounds, really want to drop to 190 to get rid of my stubborn belly!

5 week transformation any BF% Estimates??
went from 153 to 141. gonna start a lean bulk now
-
so i started at 245
i dont have any progress photos from the first 40lbs lost cause i was kinda embarressed about my body, i wish i had just taken them now but no worries
anyway i have managed to finally lose 61 lbs total, my goal initially was to get to 180 because thats what the average man of my height is supposed to weigh but now im sitting here at 184 and i just want to keep going and get in the best shape i possibly can

The very first pic is June 6, 2013 (when I first joined my gym.) I didn't like weighing myself but I roughly remember weighing in at around 190 lb. Freshmen in high school, have a McDonalds, Five Guys, Subways, EVERYTHING next to my school, ate it every day and paid the price for it.
The second pic is February 7,2014. I'm currently 156 lb. Still eat pretty bad sometimes, usually do try to keep a clean diet. I know I'm not very muscular as of now but I just wanted to lose weight, now I really want to build muscle :)

Start weight around 365 september 23rd 2010 - current weight as of this morning 167.4 More pic's in my bodyspace.
that is awesome!!! Great job!! I have a few questions if you don't mind. What did you have to do to get rid of your stretch marks and loose skin? Did it just naturally go away? Im 248 and have stretch marks, and I fear i will have them forever and have all this gross baggy skin. im 24 if that helps too. Thanks so much!!

Impressive transformation but I have 1 doubt why you taking 140 g of protein when you weigh 180 lb? As far as the nutition section goes protein should be 1-1.5 times your body weight.

1-1,5 times is in kg not lbs

I have a question regarding your stomach creases, cus i have them too.
Do you know if they ever go away, or are they there permanently?

WOW! Awesome transformations! I have 160 pounds to lose, so these are all very inspiring to me. I can't wait to post my "before" and "after" photos here. :)
