after being out of shape and unhappy with the way i looked almost my whole life, this thanksgiving i decided i really needed to make some changes.
my before picture sucks and i wish i had a better one. i was about 205 but i'd say this picture is flattering considering how big i was. i had some wicked man boobs, flabby chest, and a disproportionately wide lower body.
now, 5 months later, i weigh around 165 and i'm very happy with my progress(but far from stopping)
nov-11 205lbs
may-12 165lbs

PS. i'm 6'1"

Here is my 12 week progress. I started at 248 and currently at 207. I know it's not tremendous progress but this is only the beginning for me. Any criticism is welcome. Good job to everyone else on here.

I also did my first show last year, since then I have put on quite a bit of muscle and am leaning down a bit for summer :) I follow a strict diet year round and workout plan. Its taken me three years so far and will never give up!

I think you are doing good at losing the fat in the stomach especially the lower stomach. I am trying to lose the lower portion, but can't seem to do it without losing size of arms and a bit off my chest.
oh and here's my progress if you say I was "fat" before, I can't tell, I'd say more like "out of shape" -
I don't know what is going on with me this year.
