astonishing.
This is my progress exactly a year today.
Still currently on a cut which will end at the end of April.
first pic I was 188 lbs at roughly 26% body Fat.
today I am 166 lbs with roughly 14% body Fat. Now aiming for 10% and another 8lbs of lean muscle :)
Nice work man, that lower back fat is a bitch to get rid of so kudos on that as well (I had the same problem, pics up next) - repped!
Ok my turn, this isn't as quick as everyone else and also not as much difference as I'm still nowhere near my goals but I had my fair share of slip ups over the last few years, mainly my impatient tendencies that caused me to listen to far to much Bro science and eat 4000-4500cals when I didn't need too and was already at like 32% BF so I just got really fat!
Anyway, comments appreciated...
This is really inspiring! I hope to lose about 5-8 more pounds, I'm currently 173 and I weighed as much as 207 lbs three years ago.
Started off fat as, then lost weight gradually over a few years by not snacking on junk and regular exercise (only cardio). Then thought I'm too skinny and still have a ton of fat/skin so started going to the gym to gain muscle. I was at 85kgs and on a semi bulk 4 months ago and now I've cut to 75kgs, have extra skin and stretch marks and still have a long way to go. Anyone know if there is a natural fix for this?
Cheers

Great transformation!
Just give the body some time to tighten up. Adding muscle will definitely help. How tall are you? you dont look 78kgs lol
nice bi peak dere do
Amazing work my friends.
I wish I could take my after pic already...I'm struggling to stick to a routine and stop binge eating

Thanks dude. I really hope it does tighten up, not really worried about the stretch marks. But at times the loose skin looks gross, no running on the beach topless for a while!
Where in my post did I say I was 78kgs? in the pic I was at 76kgs... I'm 6 foot.
This is the pic with an added shot at 85kgs:
Sorry for the typo! Looking strong
Excellent work everyone! Come here e'day for a blast of motivation!
This is inspirational !

Wow, nice work!!
Really good job on the site, Keep up the good work!
After fluctuating with weight all my life with moments of weight loss I finally decided to make a real go at it. Started out in July/14 at 325lbs after seeing myself in the 325lbs picture. I always thought I held my weight well but that picture shows I was in extreme denial. I started tracking and watching what I ate/drank and I'm currently I'm at 247lbs. Body fat has gone from 45% to 26%. My goal is to hit 220lbs and 13% by August. It will be tough but I think I can do it.
What has worked for me is heavy weightlifting and tracking my food, hitting my macros while eating majority of my carbs in the morning and tapering them off as the day goes on

Ha I could never go back after shaving it, you get used to not having hair and it gets annoying when it starts growing back.
So much inspiration in this thread.
Decided to make a change for the better 14 months ago, got my diet in check for the first time since age 19. Took 9 months of steady cutting, now I'm in a small but steady surplus trying to add some lean mass.
