Here is my next update! A little under 2 months progress, still going strong. Cycle 2 Week 3 of Allpro Beginner Workout on Monday, and again, just proper diet (roughly 2000 calories/day) plus lifting = success!
Surprisingly, the weight loss has only been about 10 lbs... 229 to 219 now, probably due to some muscle gain? Not going to worry about the weight though, I like seeing the change in the mirror instead!

Also, for anyone who wants to follow more of my progress, I started uploading videos of my workouts HERE
And created a workout journal on this site, HERE

Hi,
I've been a member a while but I am a bit of a lurker. I turned 31 this year and it hit me how fat and unfit I had become, so I quit smoking, drinking and decided to strip most of my fat by healthy eating and a little cardio. I have just started Nick Mitchells 12 week body plan from Mens fitness Magazine. I still have some fat to lose but want to start putting on muscle too and this seems like the program for me. I'm 3 1/2 weeks in and I'm loving the program.

Can anyone estimate my body fat percentage?

Been lifting for six months now. Was obese as a teenager. Became skinny fat (about 81kgs) by eating less. Now weighing in at about 100 kgs. Sitting around 15-16 bf%. What ya guys think so far, am I gonna make it?

I started working out again on January 1st and so far I lost 10 kg (22 lbs) and 7 % of body fat... Seeing all your progress really keeps me motivated :)
I'm currently not allowed to post pictures or links in here, but if you like you can check out my profile for my stats and progress photos.

Hey everyone. I've been a long time looker and newish member. Last year after looking through FAT to FIT I decided it was time for a change! So here is my change! I'm still working on my FAT lose only a matter of time and it'll all be gone.

Hands down the best thread on this forum, perhaps the whole internet. It's like watching little boys and girls turn into men and women. Those out of focus, lost eyes are now filled with determination. It's like you people now know who you are and what you are made of. ****ing amazing. Mirin hard.

Here's my progress, I've hit a lot of plateaus or times where I probably could have tried harder or not screwed around so hard with my diet, but I'm getting there and I'm that much closer to my goal!
I'm 227.5 lbs in the first one during June of 2013 and the last picture I'm 192.4 lbs and this was just a couple of days ago. Hoping to hit my goal of 160-170 lbs by the time I go back home from this school year and before my birthday!
More determined than anything right now and I have to keep the momentum going!

5 years lifting (1½ cutting, 1 on balance, rest cleanbulking), i would say 3½-4 years serious since i have had some injuries and other things that has slowed me down.
At the before pic my weight was 87 kg of fat and no muscles what so ever, on the after pics (today) i weight 75 kg, length 1.79.
