Thanks man... much appreciated.
Clothes shopping is just ridiculous. I mean, I've ALWAYS hated to do it. I had to shop at the big and tall places. You know, for fat asses. lol. I was in a 50-52 waist (WTF??). Now I am in a 38, and 36 is tight, but fits, which is a just seemingly ridiculous. Oh, and I can buy clothes at like regular stores and ****. It's pretty sick.
Love this effing thread. Huge motivation for me....

I must say, your tat looks way better now
Hey all this is my transformation. Left is me in 2007 at 244 pounds, right is today at 161 pounds. Lost little bits here and there but the majority of the weight came off over the last 8 months with a proper diet, weight training and cardio. Gonna be ripped by the end of the year!

Do you normally have a hi or low metabolism? Sick job!
I do cardio when I get bored, maybe 3-4 times a month right now. I just don't over-eat.

Amazing transformations guys! I always find the motivation I was looking for when I come on this site. Hopefully in a few months I'll have some to add to this thread. Props to everyone

Nice work!! This is the kind of stuff that keeps me motivated.
i never ate so much, sometimes i wouldint eat a single thing until dinner so i had no fat loss diary, only bulking.

6'4".
Nowhere near finished, but here are a couple of mine. About 300lbs to 187lbs. Took me 7 months. Cardio to begin with then eased into lifting. Lots of salads and then moved onto keto.
BTW. If anyone can give me an idea of BF% now I'd be grateful. I do have a little bit of loose skin around my waist but hopefully that will tighten up when I bulk.

Can't go wrong with good ol' flat bench and incline bench. They will hit all of those muscles inside your chest. Don't bother with smaller, isolation exercises, stick with a few compound lifts and that's all you need to make all the difference. Good luck!

thanks for the compliments, my face which is not pictured shows i'm alot more youth compared to when i was fatter, the plan now is to cut slowly until summertime and finally go to the beach and take my shirt off..................that feeling is gonna be priceless, and i'm in serious need of a tan.
Wow, great transformation. What was your routine?
thank you, the routine i used was actually one i picked from the supersite that was basic and involved compound lifts and i stuck with it.
put that with calories out> calories in i was on my way to weight loss. and it got alot easier when i found out about IF, took what was the basic blueprint and tailored it to my hours and routine.

Great results! Keep going at it!
I started in mid Jan 2012 and weighed in at 387 pounds. Standing 6'4" and just all around nasty. I'm 37 years old and have tried and failed many times on losing weight. This is my last time trying, if I fail then I'm done. I got in an excellent support group which helps a ton. I don't feel alone any more in this battle.. I started with power 90 and turbo jam and since then switched power 90 for p90x. In about 7 weeks I have dropped 53 pounds. Today I'm weighing in at 333. I'm pretty stoked and can't wait to post pics. I can't remember ever being under 300 and now I'm do damn close I can taste it!! And it tastes a hell of a lot better than pizza!
Keep up the good work man, just realize it can't be just for a small period of time, the real test will be keeping the weight off, good luck.
some really really incredible transformations on here, every time i read this thread i get motivated!
i thought i would chip in with my the beginning of my transformation at the moment i'm 8 weeks into it... the pic on the left is a few months old and i had since put on a bit more weight so on the first weigh in i started off at 182 pounds, my heaviest ever,i was getting sick of looking in the mirror every morning and hating my body so decided to take action and started going out on runs and to the gym 3 times a week and am currently today at 164 pounds which isn't a massive loss compared to some people on here but my problem area (love handles) has seen a big reduction and i have started to put on muscle, i was going to wear the shorts i have on in the left pic but they just fall down on me now :D
i'll be continuing my transformation and will keep it updated
