I have been consistently lifting for about a year and a half now. :) Very pleased with where I have come.z
I went from not even being able to tolerate looking at myself in a mirror, to finally being proud of myself and my accomplishments.
And I consider this just the beginning of my journey! :)
In the second before picture, I am the one on the right.
Wow great job dude. In the words of Bill and Ted "EXCELLENT"
Thank you, if you're talking to me! :)

This thread have been a huge inspiration to me, so I'll just post progress so far. Its about 70lbs lost or 31kg.
Shirtless will come later. Keep posting and keep fighting out there
Here we go...
After roughly a year here are my before/after shots. I've leveled out at the current weight for the past 3 months as I stopped being overly strict about my diet. All weight was lost through calorie counting, I never lifted one weight during the whole process. Stayed active though, hiking, jiujitsu, etc...
I still have a ways to go to my goal but here's where I'm at now:

I was pretty much whatever I wanted to eat as long as it fit in my daily calorie goals. I don't eat meat so I ate a lot of fish.
I wasn't planning on paying these, but here. Went from 162lbs 14% bf down to 137lbs 9% bf. took 12 weeks

I just found out I can't post pics yet, so I uploaded them to my bodyspace :).
Began my journey 8 months ago, lost 40 kilos.
Don't really have a shirtless before pic, as I always avoided those, and I never thought I'd be making before after messages, but I need some feedback :p... I'm not sure if what I have left is fat, or just excess skin, cause when I measure with calipers, my BF is about 12%, and I still have mantitties and a saggy belly.
I started at 123,9 kgs, and I now weigh in at 83,9.
my other image seems to have been taken down so i had to reupload a backup
starting stats: 5'11 452lbs
current stats: 5'11 237lbs

really great to see so many of you reaching and surpassing your goals , totally inspiring
Nice. You lost a lot of BF and still maintained muscle in 4 weeks!

i went from the first picture to the second picture in less than 4 months, while i was still in college. Since graduating less than a year ago, I have managed to put on some muscle, which can be seen in the third picture. Also, I'm new here and have no friends so feel free to add me! I'll kindly accept any advice on how to improve

I've lost over 120 lbs and spent the past 9 years changing my life around and recompositioning my body.
Was it worth it? HELL YES. I never want to go back.
I went from lazy couch potato in 2005 to just completing Mt. Everest's base trek (new2 picture). I'm currently undergoing a 12 week cut to reach single digit body fat. Then I'll post body pics for comparison throughout this journey.

Training at home. Equipment: selfmade bench, adjustable 2x28kg dumbells, iron-gym, bicycle.
May 1, 2010 I hit rock bottom. I had lost everything in a divorce. I was sick, bitter, withdrawn, unhappy.
Four years and 150+ pounds later my life is completely changed. I've had a lot of fun on these forums, interacting with y'all.

Holy Crap Moldy! Keep up the good work, that's amazing progress.
Great pics guys...great motivation to get in shape for summer...
Here's mine. 4 weeks between the two pics. was doing cardio (30 mins) 4 times a week with footy (soccer) once a week too. Now that I'm lost a little bf I've started a 14 week course of test @ 800mg a week and anavar at 50mg a day to begin with (then up the test and replace var with tren after week 8). Took my first pin today, delt feels like a mo****er!
Here's latest pic...
Gna stop the cardio though as I'm losing too much muscle...
But happy with progress so far...
Great work Moldy!
