Here is my transformation. In the shirtless picture are my results over about a 7 month period. The rest of the pictures are from various fat pictures, to newer ones. I dropped a total of 30 pounds. I used the Kris Gethin 12 week trainer. I am 24 years old now and currently started a bulk to considering i was eating so low calories over the period I really didnt gain much muscle.

No problem, keep fighting the good fight
This is mine so far. I started taking it very seriously almost 6 moths ago, started at 195lbs around 28%bf, and am now at 165lbs around 14-15%, and thats the progress so far.
Just switched from a cut to a bulk, cleanly, and want to start recomping to put on some mass.
Any tips/tricks/critiques/comments are alway great!

Oh. haha, my bad! I also have a ridiculously good looking best friend, and once upon a time I even thought of her platonically. :D
Good luck with the rest of your goals, though, you've come a long way already!
My story is today I was walking in the warehouse at work and stepped on the scale.. I knew I was getting big but damn. I hit 280+. I was really stunned. I moved to Texas about 5 years ago from Cali.. I was 205 and pretty fit. ((At one time I was a personal trainer NASM) over the period of just a few years and lots of stress later im at 280. I feel horrible about myself. I cant seem to even go out for a good time as im too fat to fit my clothes now. So I went looking for some before and after pictures to inspire me and I Found this forum. I want to be at 210 by the end of the year. I know what to do. I know how to do it. now I just need to get off my fat ass and go. I hope to post some before and after pics in next month. Looking at everyones pictures makes me really feel I can get back in control again. Thank you all for posting.
My story is today I was walking in the warehouse at work and stepped on the scale..
For me, it took finally stepping on the scale and admitting to myself that it was time. I'm glad you're at that point now and look forward to seeing your transformation!
Thanks for the kind words... todays a new day
I am new here and it is my first day with gethin program. I hope to post some progress pics after 3 months
I am new here and it is my first day with gethin program. I hope to post some progress pics after 3 months
it is good stuff. i followed it pretty closely. we are similar in age and height, you probably will not lose as much weight as me since you are at 174, but you will def shed some fat
what is your routine/diet?
Routine = DC Training for a while now (3 days a week split, google it - lots of info on it)
Diet = Just eating clean. Oatmeal, chicken, fish, lean meats, PB, veggies, fruit, yams, brown rice - basic stuff. I only (try to) eat carbs in the morning, oats with PB and a shake, and then pre and post workout I'll do a yam or brown rice with my 8-10oz of meat. I do shakes when there's no time for a meal.. 2 max per day. I basically try to eat around 2200-2700 calories a day. I have crash days where I eat whatever - pizza/pasta/brownies you know.. the bad stuff.. I just try to make sure I get a good lift in that day, and not make it a cheat week :)

Hey guys I got a bodyspace account a while back and was going to use it to keep a picture log of my transformation but never got around to it. Luckily I found one picture of myself before I started to lift. Anyway here is my transformation and if anyone has any guesses on my bodyfat percentage that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

First off, good work!
Second, I don't know what your current bf% is, but your "before" picture looks similar in leanness to where I am right now, and I had a bod pod test done recently that put me at 17% bf. You look like you put on some lean body mass since then, too, so maybe try some math. Either way, awesome stuff man, I'm glad you posted your accomplishment!

Great Job, you should really post the pictures here for everyone to see
What a motivator... saw the pics of the OP. holy crap.
I took a pic before I started today. Hope I can keep up the good work and have that kind of a transformation!
I'll be back here to motivate myself!!!!!
need to keep reminding myself diet is a very important part of this whole thing.
Sorry about the first pic's awful quality. That picture is about a year and a half ago and my current picture is from yesterday. This thread is so fun to look at for motivation :)
105kg to 72. trying to cut again to 66-68 before clean bulk

We have denial until you get that 'come to Jesus moment' and it all makes sense I was in the same boat. Weighing close to 400 lbs and needed to make the change. Everyone he is sharing to get us motivated. Good luck in the journey brother..

My story is very similar to yours. I was 180 when I got out of HS and now 5 stressful years later i was at 286lbs. Thats the heaviest I have ever been. I'm done with being this heavy and I'm making up excuses for myself. It's been a couple of weeks of just eating healthier and very little working out and I'm down to 271lbs. I just started a stricter diet and and made a workout schedule that I'm definitely going to stick too. My goal is to be at 200lbs by the end of this year. I wish you the best with your goal and look forward to seeing some before and after pics later on. I'll be posting some in the next couple months too.
Epic thread! so much motivation now.
I finally figured out how the picture thing works. Here I am going from 249 to 214 in 3.5 months. I got more likes/comments on my Facebook page with this photo then I did when both of my kids were born! 214 today, goal is 180.
