Both stuck to a high protein diet with cardio and weights.

GREAT job & dedication! Keep at it!
Incredible transformation, ACollier91! So inspiring, thank you for sharing.
The transformation I started 12 weeks ago is nothing compared to yours and the others on here, but can't wait until I can share mine as well.
This was about a 5 month progress. Started mid way through January and just stuck with it. I've recently decided to stop cutting and go on a bulk cause I want more muscle so I still got longs ways to go until I get to where I want to be.

Nice job dude. You have lost your gut (in a nice way lol). What are before and after stats?
So this is where I am sat at currently I was 119Kg when I started and I am now down to 88.7Kg. I have been advised to start bulking now, but I am uneasy about it lol. I am happy with the progress I have made so far, the wallet isn't though from the 4 wardrobes I have been through.
This is my transition from the beginning of the year to last week. The three pics are at 160 lb (72.5 kg), 145lb (66kg), and 154lb (70kg). I had been lifting for 4 months in the first pic and was still in calorie deficit to be as lean as possible (recovering fatty). I used cycling and stair climbing as my leg exercises so I could cut down that far. That ended up with me having some saggy loose skin and looking too DYEL so I adjusted my diet and added more mass especially to my legs and core.
DYEL? what that?
ideal body wt for men is 110 to 5' and then about 6 lbs for each inch after that so that would put you at 154 lbs ideal.

Simply inspiring, superb job!
Basically i cut of my body weight (and fat, i believe), but i still have man boobs (Droppy tits) : (
I'm actally on the first week of Jim Stoppani's shor to shred to cut of my fat. Because my current prime concern is to getting the drop tits off first, then continue with some bulking. However, I started worrying it is gyno
Could you guys help me give any advance, idea? And how about my body fat, how many percentage is it?
Thanks!
Edit : The first pict is when i was fat
From 220 down to 165.
2 years of fairly slow progress. And I'm still not even close to being done with my journey. I may have a lot of issues, like the obvious gyno, but coming from someone who was once like 35% body fat, those issues just don't seem to matter that much. That matters is how far I've come, and the outlook I have on myself. Cheers to anyone and everyone who overcomes obesity :).

That's impressive stuff, well done!
Some awesome transformations!
Keeping me motivated!
Hi Guys, I'm from Melbourne, Australia and I've been training for about 3 months now and it's only when comparing the pics I can notice the difference.
I got out of shape due to work but one day I thought enough is enough and I needed to make a difference. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol. 3 Months later I can safely say that my weight is getting there and my cholesterol is at a very good level.
Here are some before and after pics.
Hello guys ! This is my transformation from 86kg to 73kg
Left picture is from august last year and i started workout january this year from 85,6kg , right picture is before one week :)
Good work guys! I'll post some of mine in a few weeks! I'm trying to get single digits body fat by the end of this summer so the struggle is totally real, especially with managing my leptin, cortisol, and macro timing. Decided to seriously commit to the bulk this winter and got up to 20% didn't start my cut until a few months ago. I took a re-feed month after getting down to 14% body fat and now I'm a week back into almost down to 13.5%.
My journey in the last 3 years. From 140kg to 85kg then to 100kg with mass. Still looking to cut another 10kg off for my ideal bodyweight.
Hey all, here's my 10 month transformation, so far! I'm 5'6" and a bit lol, currently 173 lbs, down from 280 last August. Sitting in the mid teens for bf% (I think I can read the calipers right?, feel free to comment on what you believe it to be and what I started out at! for ****s n giggles ;) ) Absorbed a tonne of knowledge from this site and inspiration! Thank you all! Had to set new goals today for myself, #1 hit single digit bf% by september 1st, and #2 Deadlift 490 lbs on the same day ( it's only 90lbs off my PR, it shall be done!) #3 Fix chest that is lagging! If anyone needs advice or wants to know my diet/macros/workout just ask! Oh, a couple things that have really helped me. Keep a workout diary to challenge yourself, a food scale, and measuring cups to keep yourself accountable! No excuses, if you want it bad enough, do it. Peace n love.

Dude you look great! What kind of deficit were you eating at?
Just made my account and started to actually lift. Currently working out at a gym + crossfit classes (I just started).
I started out at 205 and now am at 174 over the course of 5 months! I am so ready to take it to the next level and build muscle and trim down this fat and get lean.
Nice motivation here! :)
Dude you look great! What kind of deficit were you eating at?
Thanks! I was eating clean/limited carbs at a 1000+ calorie deficit for the first 80-90 lbs which translated into weight literally falling off! I eventually started to stall out and get run down, and my lifts started to really suffer, so I re evaluated and have been running a carb cycling diet with a more manageable 500kcal deficit. Lifts go up every week, lots of energy and have been losing 1-2 lbs per week like clock work ever since!
