Yo man, just wanted to say that was a pretty cool vid! Had me laughing, but it was cool to see the hard work month by month. Way to get what you wanted + some.
This was me in July last year the day after I gave birth to my second son. I gained 4 stone in pregnancy!! Since February this year I've lost 39.5lbs. And in the last 3 months I've started weight training. Obviously still got a lot of work to do but I'm getting there...
wow there is a lot of amazing transformations here :)
Its amazing what you can achieve when you work hard. You just have to try.. cause youll never know if you CAN until you try.. and once you try. youll know you CAN.
Heres my before and after..
started at over 290pounds managed to get down to 172.. still not at what i wish to be due to my eating habbits but im getting closer and closer.. everyone on here is an insiration :)
Figured now is a good time to start posting and start with my progress. This is my progress starting from the first week in February to the last week in September of this year (2013). I owe everything I've learned this past year to these forums. Countless hours researching, reading, calculating, etc. and so far it has all paid off.
that's amazing man! I hope I look half as good as you when I finish my transformation.
