In IMg_3972 on the first picture i was 17 i weight 115kg/253.5lbs i drank 3-4L/1gallon of coke a day, ate 14 sandwiches a day, ate a lot of candy, cookies, cakes, and always took 2 portions when my mom cooked i also went 3-4 times a week to our local " french fries shop" its kind of a mc donald, but quit different (belgium). i did not sport at all just take my bike to school and i played a lot of computer games this was a regular basis. then when i was 17 and a half i was tired of being fat, tired of being picked on and wanted to loose my fat i stopped drinking coke and replaced it with water, i ate less and went to the gym 4-5 times a week for 3 hours i even took my bicycle to go there and it was about 10km/6ml from home after all i lost 40kg/88lbs but was very skinnny had no muscle at all so i started training muscle only no cardio anymore. but strugled i didnt knew anything about food of about good training then i got a girlfriend and stopped training, but i always had a love for the gym and sports i don't know why. And then last year whe broke up and and i was 22years old i picked up the wire and started working out hard 4-5 times a week giving my max, starting to search diets and best ways to gain lean muscle, clean food tips, workout routines, formulas to calculate my protiens, fats and carbs. so from august 2012 to februari 2013 i bulked like crazy its winter time here so i ate lots of food and trained like hell untill i was 87kg/191lbs i was 13% fat but had a lot of moisture. And then in march 2013 i made myself a diet to loose the fat and added cardio to my workout and now i'm 82.5kg/181.8 lbs and 7% fat. for the moment i'm clean bulking still gaining slowly but not adding fat anymore.
So thats my story a little bit on how i got from fat to clean in a couple of years. Will I every stop workoing out and stop dieting ? never!
My food routine is as followed:
- meal1: oatmeal, banana + ( strawberry/cranberry/ just some woud fruits) +3 egg white and 2 whole eggs + glutamine + creatine+ bcaa+L-carnitine+coffee
- meal 2: Black wood bread + peanut butter and jelly or 5 servings of the deliciouse banane bread (recipe from bodybuilding.com)
- meal 3: apple ( or fruit) + shake
- meal 4: brown rice + salmon + green vegtables
- meal 5: brown rice + chicken + green vegtables+ fresh lemon juice ( last meal before workout)
- Pre workout: olimp suppl redweiler pre workout + glutamine + creatine + bcaa
-Post workout: Pineapple + bcaa + glutamine +creatine +shake
-Meal 6: sweat pattato + beef + green vegtables
- Meal 7: Cottage cheese or some local "Platte kaas" with some wallnuts or hazelnuts
workout routine is as followed:
Monday: chest + abs + cardio
Tuesday: legs + (somtimes cardio)
wensday: arms + abs
thursday: back + cardio
friday: shoulders
sat: rest
sun: rest
For work i do telecom so i install the antennes, climb ladders and ropes so in the week i have a good workout every day
Thnx for all the good compliments, i just have to say one more thing. Never quite! even when it gets hard just go for it wait a couple of days/ weeks your body needs to adjust and it will work in the end. I hope these picture motivate some people who tought to give up and quite even i tought of that but hard work and hard training get results. And how i got motivated? To be hones i watched a lot of zyzz, jeff seid and other aesthetic people and that got me motivated a lot just to be like them.
Been cutting for a while now. I'm happy with the result, could continue to get leaner but I want to grow!

Nice. Could you tell something about your cardio/hiit? :)
Just stopping back in to update everyone on my progress. In the last 5 months I've been working pretty hard. My diet has been on point and it's all finally coming together. I want to thank everyone for their help and support. I'm hoping by next year I'll be ready to compete and hopefully run my first marathon. The first 2 pictures are me at 223. The last 3 are me at 177.
You can check out my body space for a complete line up!

Great write up with progress. I've been looking for something like this for a while. Especially since I'm dropping fast

Have a cheat weekend it worked for me, I was stuck at 196lbs for 3 weeks, had a weekend where I ate anything and everything about 7000 cals a day, I put 10lbs on which was obviously mostly water water, after a week and half to 2 weeks I'd lost the 10lbs and an extra 2, give it a go

Hitting the wall.... Needing to shock my body into progressing from 168 pounds to drop that last 16 or so pounds i had to adjust.
The fun part was eating saturated fat for a little while... NOT...... but it worked for me...
1 more.... Most peoples big plateau.... ALCOHOL... Not mine as i am a teetotaller.

FIX the DIET....
I lost 70 pounds with ZERO cardio.... Aint nobody got time fo dat..... Clean perfect diet = no cardio.... Or add a few cheat meals and sweat your arse off... You decide

Stopping drinking is probably the best thing I've done when it comes to the gym, it's not only a lot if empty calories but it messes my diet up for days

Great Work!
@EDIT
Guys, you can check out my profile - i've got my progress there.
I cant upload images to forum. =/
This thread is truly motivating! I can't post pictures yet, but I have one in my BodySpace. I used to be 256, then I lost about 15-20 pounds before going to basic training July 31st 2012, when I graduated basic I was probably around 180-190ish. Then I got to my duty station, and kind of pigged out a little, I rewarded myself with some fast food, and kinda cut back on the exercise. Then before I knew it a had a gut back, and I wasn't going let it stay for long.. ha My biggest thing about getting into weight lifting was I didn't understand it, so I couldn't make a commitment to it. Well that's changed, I've researched on here, YouTube, and all over the internet. I have been at it for a month now, and feel absolutely amazing.
As far as my workout routine goes its pretty basic for now. PT in the morning with my unit, usually running 3-4 times a week. Then after I get off work I go to the gym on post, and do my weight lifting. I'm doing a 3 days on, 1 day off for muscle confusion.
