My Transformation, and continued journey
Time period is about 20 Weeks. 60+LBS of fat gone, and solid muscle gains. Most of it was lost during Kris Gethin's 12 week Trainer. Ive been bulking with his DTP Trainer for about 6 weeks. Today Im starting his 12 week program all over again. Day 1. I will have abs by week 12. From there, I will continue to bulk and shred, and compete within the next 2 years. Right now I stand at 5'9, weigh in at about 190. I started at about 260 Lbs. Ill keep you guys updated with a progress picture about every 2-4 weeks. Thanks for your support!
