I'm 174, at 9% BF and on a clean bulk. Cut until you are comfortable with your BF and then slowly up your macros and lift heavy with good form. Your body will change, your waist will shrink, your shoulders will broaden, do heavy leg work and your hormone levels will increase naturally. Consistency Is the key. Never quit. i went from big to quite lean, but want a more mass look, so the pic called new pose 3 is the most recent. Been going really hard on my lats and rear delts.
Weigh about 93kg now. Lowest ive been is 74kg, but loked really unwell. *".5kg was my peak, but wanted to up my game and hit the bulkier look. Heck anything is better then the 153kg i used to weigh!
Biggest mistake was losing the weight in 8 months. Body went into hardcore shock. Now i generally train after work 5 days a week.Then jog 2 miles home.

Was upto about 15 stone and had enough of being the fat kid, I couldn't afford gym memberships and couldn't run one bit, so I started cycling, 6 months later I decided to up the anti and join a gym, so this is me now, still can't afford supplements and living with 2 unhealthy women not always easy to eat clean, but I'm trying, off to uni next week and plan on starting the Kris Gethin 12 week program but once again without supplements so just gonna see how I get on, well anyway here's a before and after of me now, I'll post a third pic at the end of the 12 weeks :')

First pic is from april 2011. Not very fat, but chubby ish. Never ever trained when i took this pic.
Second pic is from a week ago. Still got a long way to go, but getting there slow but steady.
Belly was 41.7 (106 cm.) Now it's 33.1. (84 cm.)

I still wanna get a bit more shredded and getting my lower abs to show, but I am doing good.
After this when I get to the point I want I will start a long and VERY clean BULK, cause I want to put size on, but still without getting exessive amount of bf.
BTW: IIFYM saved my life.

Hey!I am 5.65 (172-173cm) and Day 0 was 2 years ago, when I started doing p90x. Enough said that it was a waste of time for me, didnt really have terrifying results, but it did help to lose weight. Then I got into bodybuilding joined a gym and I started doing this more seriously.
However my diet was never really "on point" meaning i didnt track macros correctly and I ended up staying on the same level for a bit. The BEST results/progress I have had in it's been from February to now.
And this is when I started training smarter and learning more about nutrition. Of course trial and error is a HUGE part in this!
Also weighing myself everyday under same conditions and see weekly how it is going for me to have an idea whether i should adjust my macros or increase cardio, has been extremely helpful.

I started at 94.7kg, this morning i was 83.5kg. Hoping to cut to 80kg for summer. Really just started tracking macros properly in the past couple of weeks, but hitting 200g P, 200g C, 60-70g F, 2100-2200kCal, eating clean. Seeing differences already.
Thanks for the comments dude, you can see on my most recent pic i got some new ink the other day on my left arm, whole inner forearm is complete now. Got a ankle to knee sock, and my feet done as well.

I've been sick with pneumonia for roughly a month now. I haven't been able to hit the gym or do anything physical in 30+ days. The moment I get hot I can't stop coughing, it becomes hard to breath, and I get light headed. I've been to the doctors office countless times and each time I go they give me some new meds to try and kill this ****. It's kind of depressing not being able to go to the gym and I'm mentally drained from fighting this ****ing plague of an illness.

If you want a suggestion, change your way of thinking about food when dieting.
You shouldn't worry about clean or dirty. In the end of the day the quantity of the food you eat dictates the end result. you should read the sticky on IIFYM. Once I finished stressing about "eating clean" it's when I started enjoying more, keep track better of my macros and actually be cosisten with my diet.
Ok I'll give it a shot. Been watching this thread for years, and think I can finally post up a stage 1. The first pics are on April first of this year, which was two months into dieting, and one month into lifting. I started at Christmas of last year at 285 and 40+% BF. I am 233 at 35% BF in the first set of pics, and 195 and 27% in the second set. I am currently 193 and about 25%. My goals is 175 and 18% BF. If I can do better that would be great, but right now I am focusing on eating at a maintenance, and lifting heavy. My weight isn't reducing quickly at all, but my body is slowly changing in the right direction. Anyway, clearly I still have a long ways to go, but its going in the right direction.
