Still a ways to go, but I had to post this. Yesterday marked a special day for me. I've lost 50 lbs since starting my weight loss quest.
Photo on the left is 196 lbs.
Photo on the right is 146 lbs.
Take that obesity!

Excellent transformation, look like complete new person!
Very good Congrats on the cut...Did you had a toothache on the first picture?(Just curious)
Thank you! The first pic is actually the day I decided to really change and also the day I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed. That's a picture my landlord took of me post surgery. Had to use it for my before as it was the day I started but also I didnt have too many fat pictures of me because I have always been camera shy because of my size. Not anymore!
You go girl great work!! You look like your 18 WOw!
Thank you! That's good, lol, seeing as I'm only about to be 23!

Great progress! I'm doing the same thing, started a week after you. I'm down just about 10lb's myself and am mid C1W4 of Allpro Beginner Workout and am also doing a 16/8 intermittent fast. Be interested to track your progress along with mine to see how we compare.
Keep it up!

belly has changed tremendously. Best of luck for the future. Hoping to see you with 6 pack soon.
Back in 2009 I had ballooned to around 227 LBS and being 5'6" I knew I had to do something.
Cut a long story short I dropped lots of weight and over the next year and managed to keep most of it off, but never really got into fantastic shape. About 4 months ago I decided I wanted to get into shape and dropped some more weight.
I am currently at around 146lbs and have plateaued - for the bast 8 weeks my weight hasnt shifted despite trying different workouts, changing my meals, etc... I also as you can see and imagine has some loose skin and lower belly and back fat that I am slowly working towards getting rid of. Pics below:
Nice transformation!
Waited too long to post here with my transformation. Well my pics are not semi naked, infact fully dressed. Got another 15-20 pounds to cut.
I started last july with the goal to have a full transformation in 3 months (lol). I went all cardio for a month and after lurking on bb.com and learning over months i realized i am doing it the wrong way as my target goal was to have a muscular built. I started doing strength training with a 10 min running for a warmup and it worked out really well. Difference of around 60lbs from before and after. The only key i believed in was consistency.
Before pictures: Sitting at 97kg, only bulked. Didn't lift THAT properly. but gained some size at least.

Taken today - currently sitting at 82-83kg. Starting to do 20-30 min sessions of HIIT every 3rd day currently. Very long school days + weightlifting workout before can easily make me tired as hell combined with the diet, so currently I'm not doing much.

Taken from my own thread, but I would categorize myself as more as fat than anything else (also I looked even worse before the before photos). The job that each of you have done in this thread is no less than absolutely amazing. Every time I've felt like quitting, I just had a peak in here. Some have much heavier than me and how you get rid of the "there's no point anyway" thought is so so so motivational. Proves that theres always a way! A massive applause, it's fantastic. :)
I started lifting in April, 2013.

Hey everyone much respect to your transformation pics. Heres a couple of my own... I've been consistently lifting for a little over a month and here is some of my progress. Tell me what you guys think, I feel stronger and more confident and this mornings pics only made me want to hit the weights even harder. Making some gains!
Mid January - Now
3 months progress, slacking on diet really.
Cutting some more still...
One year into it. Started out with a 9 month long cut and just finished up with a 10 pound bulk. About 25 lbs of fat lost and 10 lbs of muscle gained for the year.
Just my input, currentley sitting at 85.2kg but most current photo was taken at 87kg. Started at 123kg.
Not as amazing as a lot of people here but this is mine, worked hard in the gym but the best thing i did was to start intermittent fasting.
