Great results man...care to share what type of nutritional plan you were following?
I started out at 365lbs back in 2008
By my brain surgery Date in 8 Dec 2011 I got down to 195lbs
During my 6 month recovery I dropped weight all the way down to 135lbs
My friend and personal trainer of 5 years this Nov said she wouldn't train me no more and that it was hard to accept me the way I looked, the only way she and would continue our journey together is if I put weight on. I have such a bad a fearful complex of gaining weight, But none the less I did it anyways for her.
Please check out my profile for pics and vids as well.
First Pic
330lbs
Second Pic
just around 135-140 lbs during the depression stages that started to set in during my recovery from Brain surgery beginning of 2012

Inspirational, awesome transformation too! Reps for you! Don't forget that gains aren't always bad, you're bound to put on some fat when you're bulking, but it doesn't look like you have a problem motivating yourself to cut, given your transformation, so don't worry about it!
Very good job everyone! Keep up the hard work.

Bro you have no idea how bad my personal complex is after losing all this weight, eating 4-6 small meals a day and eating clear through late hours i get scared, i know the weight scale is a false weigh or one false way to keep track of my gains but it keeps a visual number in my head to freak me out
thank you very much for the kind words, they say one worse critique is yourself, and damn I' m good at that. My happiest weight was at 5'11 136lbs but that was in the depression state of the post surgery. I'm still massivly depressed from a lot of elements including the up and down gains because im so hard on myself but when im in the gym it is the best way to release that anger.
Went from 270 to 190 current. Pic shows from 255 to 190 didn't have any taken at 270.
Did 2 sloppy rounds of p90x and ate like sheet just less than before.
Humbled by the fact that to get to where you think what u will be happy with is not even actually close.
I always told myself man when I get to 225 ill be a beast... Then it was 200.. Now it's like u still ain't even close bro.
In the gym now tho lifting heavy weights and being a little cleaner with diet. I know that is what is going to get me where I want to be .
This is so true. I was 303, got to 250 and thought, "I could stay here and be happy.", Then it was 230, 220, 200, 190, and now I'm trying to lose the last few pounds to get below 10%.
This is my transformation from fat to not so fat, 15 months so far since January last..
3 months cutting...42lbs down

Much more lean brah.
Set a goal physique, and make a plan on how you will achieve it !!!
My 2 year transformation. I know its almost summer but I'm starting a clean bulk now

In April of 2011 I weighed about 246 lbs. I told myself, on my 27th birthday, that I wasn't going to look like that when I turned 30. I'm turning 29 in 5 days and I weigh 143 lbs! I've never felt better..I love working out and the gym. I am interested in competing, but am not sure in which category.
Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t..
Wow there are some amazing transformations, but real talk props to everyone out there making a change out there doing work to reach those goals.
Can't wait to post mine after my 3 months are up
this is such an awesome thread this thread keeps me going and wanting more, SO much props to you all for all the many transformations we have done to achieve are different levels of happiness. Keep up all the good work

amazing work. repped.
First three photos somewhere around 175ish, last three are current with one being 155, two being 150. Not lots of weight necessarily, but lots of inches lost and went down 4 pant sizes. Excited to keep pushing and improving my diet as that is where I tend to stuggle.
~200-205lbs
Thanks Pal, as you can see from my sig I am almost there haha, just have that mini stomach left. :}
Lower abs are usually hardest to bring out.
Leg raises & preferably WEIGHTED leg raises. Bicycles as well as incline/weighted bicycles will help bring out lower definition.
Typically, the lower abs section is where a lot of water weight gets held. For a lot of guys it's the last place they lose fat, and the first place they gain it. (SUCKS)
So far I'm down from 230 lbs to 196 lbs at 6' 2", almost 6' 3"! This was early last week. Finally starting to notice a little more definition, makes me happy . Still cutting but starting to get some muscle too.
see my progress topic and comment another thing to me, thnks!! :D

this was done without any weight lifting or strength training at all- only a slight increase (well a decent increase for me if you consider I am a sedentary graphics designer in my daily activity and was almost completely sedentary outside work hours also- since new year I have been spending 3-4 hours every day or two doing physical work around the property- carpentry of a new roof to laying drywall etc. Other than that this the change you see has been almost 100% on diet alone- and I am not even going to describe it or I will get flamed, booted and banned lol)...
I was quite surprised at what was hiding underneath though.
Now to get me a gym membership and add some muscle.
Any idea of BF % anyone? Thanks in advance for any input...

bf 7-8%, epic transformation bro! Hit me with the diet anyhowz. At the end of the day it doesn´t matter how you get there as long as you acknowledge all the risks and are happy to live with them.
Little over 4 years, started at 205, 24%bf and currently 190 around 8-9%ish.

Thanks man, my diet has changed over the last 4 years with trial and error for my body. I've went from eating strictly every 3 hours and all clean food and no carbs before bed, to eating everything in sight as long as it fit into my macros for the day. Honestly speaking, I was the most "cut" during my super clean eating cycles, but when I ate based on my macros rather than making sure I avoided sugar all day, I still kept lean, just didn't have the look I had when I was eating clean. So now that I am at a low percentage body fat, I generally eat whatever I want and workout hard for about 10 months, which bumps me up to about 10-12% bf, then cut for 2-3 months with a super clean diet to get back down to the middle single digits for summer. The only obstacles I faced was work and friends. Due to my work schedule and the gym hours, I only get 5 hours of sleep to make sure I get a solid workout in, and get home with enough time to prepare my 4 meals for the work day. I have always been a pretty hard partier as well, so my cutting cycles have my friends being pretty pissy and unsupportive. This is the fourth cutting cycle I have went on, so they are used to it now, but it used to be rough. Getting called out every five minutes for not going out on the weekends or for twofers got pretty old lol. Other than that, the only obstacle is motivation and dedication man. You need knowledge, and the only thing stopping you from learning all you need to know is the motivation to read, and the dedication to put it into practice. I learned everything I know from nutrition articles on this site.
And if you have any questions you want answered in detail, just message me. I'll help anybody that wants it. Just don't feel like getting flamed on this site for what "I" did or what worked for "me". That is generally how this forum is... Or at least that is how it used to be.
