The last 8 weeks, hopefully only another 4-6 to go.
Been going for a total of 16 weeks, lost 30lbs now. Attached pic is the last 8 weeks.

Work Hard It will pay off
4 Months transformation. Having a beer belly (last day of Super bowl 2015) to this. I was at 160lbs and now at 142lbs. Trying to slowly put on some muscles and keep six packs. I know its the hardest thing to do. Any suggestion how to stay lean and build muscle. I am doing carbs cycling right now and eat most of the carbs before and after work out. Any other suggestions?

Though i do have handfuls of loose skin even after 5 years not tightening up i can pull my stomach by the handful and pull it outwards My abs would show much better if skin wasn't this loose :( oh well part of the battle add more mass :)
