Here's where I'm at from about June at 210 to now at 195
Nice work!!
A few years ago, after letting myself go to pot and then permabulking. Decided best way to get back i shape was to hit the stage. 20 weeks to drop about 100 lbs. Upper 290s (was 301 shortly before the chubster pic) and 201 contest weigh in.

Some serious fat burning going on, inspirational thread
It took all the king's horses and all the king's men to put this humpty dumpty back together again.
I was fit and thin in high school but by 2003 I was a size 24W. Today I am a size 2 and living larger than ever, thanks to weight loss surgery, plastic surgery with Dr. Joseph F. Capella (Capella Plastic Surgery) and Dr. Catherine Winslow (Winslow Facial Plastic Surgery), Paleo diet, and workouts! Don't think the surgery is the easy way out. It still takes dedication to diet and exercise to be successful long-term. I have maintained my weight loss for more than a decade.
It is hard to believe it is the same person. If you'd like to see for yourself, please Google "My Bariatric Life AMAZING transformation before and after video photo gallery" to view my Vimeo. The forum will not allow me to post the link. Thanks for looking!
This was my transformation, I started at the end of February 2014 at 75.6kg and stepped on stage on November 2nd at 56kg.

looks good guys
I used to be [still kinda am XD] a fatass who barely had any excercise and almost exclusively ate junk food and ate to the excess.
i eventually weighed 120 kilo's. and that's when i decided to change with help from a few good friends of mine [they where not losing weight, but lifted purely for the gains].
i started lifting weights but still my eating didn't change. i noticed my strenght increase really well but my eastethics barely improved
and a couple of months [8 to be exact] later i cut off all the bad eating. started eating good, but perhaps in hindsight i overdid it
because i lost most of my gains and altough i lost some fat i didn't by far meet my expectations at this point.
i snapped, falling back into my old habbits and slacking off on the gym. this went on for almost a year.
but at the start of my summer school break the next year something in me said 'it's now or never' and i started again this
time fully dedicated. i lost a pretty big amount of fat and even gained strength [not much] i didn't even notice it at the time.
after that summer break i kind of slacked of again [i worked out and ate good.but without concistence]
and the summer break of that year[2nd one a year later] i went h.a.m again. and lost almost as much fat as the first one.
my current weight fluctuates between 80-82 kilo.
:)

Would love to hear your stats before & after. And how you cut. like balls to the wall diet & workout nonstop? phases?
huge effort, good job
Hey everyone!
I am new here, but really excited about some of the results I have been seeing since I completely (I mean radically) changed my lifestyle in August. After years of being lazy and not focusing on my own health, I decided to completely transform the way I eat and start hitting the gym hard (and smart). After high school, I went to the gym quite often, but just lifted weight and did it rather haphazardly. Now I am focusing on form and really working myself in a logical way. Combine this with a complete makeover of my eating habits, and this is what I have experienced. Let me know what you think!
August 22nd 2014: 159 lbs
November 17th: 149 lbs
Now looking to bulk up a bit!
Would love to hear your stats before & after. And how you cut. like balls to the wall diet & workout nonstop? phases?
183cm
Before 249Lbs [113kg]
After 172Lbs [ 78kg ]
Daily deficit till march/april was 970kcal/day giving 1kg fat loss a week (aprox) than the weight almost stalled while still being in a 180kcal defict/day.
Nutrition wise all knowledge was gettered from the stickies from this section. At the beginning I was only watching calories and not macros as the time has passed I incorporated macro level, vitamins etc and other supplements. For cardio I used Insanity and running and for strength I did pullups pushups and all other "crap" that you can do at home, later I joined a local gym.
Currently I'm around 15%body fat.... . Thats it i guess :P

im down about 12kg (26 pounds) and my fat deposits are going f*cking crazy, rapid loss pretty much means that tire around your waist seems bigger.
If youre interested in your internal fatloss i suggest you try and suck your gut in, youll notice the changes after a while:)
Pure motivation!
This thread is straight motivation for me.

Insane man, now that is motivation haha
I've always wanted to post here, and now i can
Here is my 40 day progress, thanks for all the support @bodybuilding.com
In 6 weeks I managed to change my life. 41 days ago the @bsnsupplements and @bodybuildingcom hosted a 6 week #pushyourlimits challenge. Here is my results. I've lost 27lbs and 13 inches in various spots, and zero strength loss. 40 days of the gym, cardio, eating eggs for breakfast, and chicken with veggies for lunch and dinner, and No Drinking! Yeah it got old after about day 3, but I kept pushing my limits. You'd think after 41 days it's easy but it's not, I still had to make MYSELF get out of bed at 5am to go run, I took the time to PREP my food, no one has made me do it. I think I had 2 cheat days out of 40. Meeting tons of other contestants along the way, we constantly pushed each other to be better. I'm nowhere where I want to be but I'm definitely feeling great, heading in the right direction, and setting new goals! Shout out to @colin_physique @drsarasolomon @untamed.fitness and @emilynoords for also pushing me to be the best version of myself. Stay tuned for the @bodybuildingcom 12 week program starting January 12. It's not to late to change your life. How bad do you want it?
November 30 2013: 165.9kg. Not a great pic, but the one I have for about 12 months before it

November 30 2014: 125.5kg. No shave November obviously a great thing this year. By no means "fit" but rather...fi

Goal for the next twelve months is to drop down to 99kg and be in double figures for the first time in about 13 years.
Thanks BB.com, you've given me a lot of help along the way.
before november 2013: 320 pounds

more changes on the way soon i hope
Dont have any pics from then but a couple years back I was up to 95 kg. Best I can do is a pic from 6 months ago with most of the fat already off. Just imagine a lot rounder. Realizing how much I had lost I decided may as well go for abs. Down to 71 now and time to build muscle.
Wow dude, keep it up.

Wow, that's epic. Great transformation.
Maybe for the "more changes on the way soon," you could throw in some forearm workouts. ;) j/k

Well you've got an awkward pose on your before picture but the change is still extreme, looks like you added alot of muscle even though you lost 10lbs in almost 2 months, steroids?

I am hahaha. My grip strength blows so I just started farmer walk and griping two plates together with my fingers xD. I actually added a dedicated arms workout this week because they are puny :p
I am several months away from posting in this legendary thread. Can't wait.
Wow
I can't thank your guys enough for this inspiring thread!
Whilst this is my first post I usually browse BB.com to find advice and info.
I find myself often out of mood and feeling it is not worth the effort ... until I scroll some posts here. Your are all truly inspiring!
Keep up the good work.
Best Wishes.

Haha yeah, not sure what I was doing in the first picture. No steroids. Ever. I am not into putting random things into my body and have a strong aversion to any needles (although that doesn't mean I couldn't take steroids).
This is the result of 6 days in the gym while lifting smart. To be honest, it makes me happy that one would suspect steroids!
Very inspiring stuff, everybody. Weighed in this morning at just under 214, down 21 lbs from my starting weight of 235 in early August. So that's 5 pounds a month. By that rate, I should reach my target of 195 by early April, then I start bulking. Looking forward to having some pics worth posting!
