Super motivated seeing the pics here! Really pushes me to work harder.
16 months in hitting the gym 3 to 4 times a week now. I've basically timelined it and put it in this pic (1 represents the beginning which progresses through 5 to now where I am currently):

I started out in pic 1 at around 21% BF and 87 kilos (191 pounds), lost weight through just diet (pic 2) to around 80 kilos (176 pounds), and then got lean with a combo of gym, jumping rope 20 min after every workout, and a low card diet to get to (pic 3) around 8%BF at 73 kilos (160 pounds), bulked up to 76 kilos (167 pounds) at around 9 and a half% BF (pic 4), before reaching pic 5 after exactly a year in the gym at 75 kilos (165 pounds) at a little over 8% BF. In the 2 "Now" pics, you can see that I have now cut down to 72 kilos (158 pounds) at around 7.5% BF, as I want to go on a PROPER bulk now (I don't care that spring is coming).
Happy overall, but I really hope at my 2 year mark to see more chest development. Also seems I will have to go MEGA low on bodyfat% to see the bottom abs clearly. Either that or work with more weight to make them thicker.

Using a scale and calipers, but I know they can't really be counted on. What would you guess me at?

I gess that your BF in the now picture is about 9-10%

Oh man..I WISH I could have that much abs showing at 10% like some guys can! Would love it if you were right, but sadly, I've pretty much come to terms that my body has to have below 9% for abs to show well :-(

Totally going to participate on this. Started going to the gym 3 weeks ago at 210 lbs (5'11" tall). I'm planning to start my KG workout after my first month.
-
Been into bodybuilding on and off for 1year. started with all pro, switched to icf 5X5 and now again all pro.
before picture about 62kgs, started all pro.
after picture about 58kg, 8 weeks in all pro.
doing keto diet for the 8 weeks (not feeling all that well) at 1500cal which is about 300 less than maintenance.

Please can someone estimate my bodyfat at the last pic. caliper says its under 10%, but if it was to be true then my abs would show i guess.

How did you find the Lee Labrada program ? I was thinking of giving it a go. Timewise it looked like it would fit in around all the event have going on each day.
Did you follow the diet etc to he letter ? or vary it a bit ?

Very motivating thread.

I tried to follow the diet as strict as possible. Of course I have some cheat meals and drinks during the whole program. I also skipped some cardio sessions. I managed to lose around 20 pounds for these weeks, which isn't a bad result at all.

Amazing work! Wish I could post my progress pictures here, but I'm not a member long enough ..

It's not length of time, it's post count; 50 to be exact. I lamented not being able to post links, quite a few times until I hit 50. The forum trolls helped me a lot. :)

Great pics guys...great motivation to get in shape for summer...
Here's mine. 4 weeks between the two pics. was doing cardio (30 mins) 4 times a week with footy (soccer) once a week too. Now that I'm lost a little bf I've started a 14 week course of test @ 800mg a week and anavar at 50mg a day to begin with (then up the test and replace var with tren after week 8). Took my first pin today, delt feels like a mo****er!

transformation
i went from the first picture to the second picture in less than 4 months, while i was still in college. Since graduating less than a year ago, I have managed to put on some muscle, which can be seen in the third picture. Also, I'm new here and have no friends so feel free to add me! I'll kindly accept any advice on how to improve

Fat Boy Syndrome :(
I've lost over 120 lbs and spent the past 9 years changing my life around and recompositioning my body.
Was it worth it? HELL YES. I never want to go back.
I went from lazy couch potato in 2005 to just completing Mt. Everest's base trek (new2 picture). I'm currently undergoing a 12 week cut to reach single digit body fat. Then I'll post body pics for comparison throughout this journey.
old1 - 2005
old2 - 2006
new1 - 2013
new2 - 2014

Kalbi, fantastic job done :) - and your face doesn't even resemble anymore, let alone your body. Great job done :).
PS: Just seeing Adgeee's photos - very good too :).

I have been consistently lifting for about a year and a half now. :) Very pleased with where I have come.z
I went from not even being able to tolerate looking at myself in a mirror, to finally being proud of myself and my accomplishments.
And I consider this just the beginning of my journey! :)
In the second before picture, I am the one on the right.

Wow great job dude. In the words of Bill and Ted "EXCELLENT"

Here we go...
After roughly a year here are my before/after shots. I've leveled out at the current weight for the past 3 months as I stopped being overly strict about my diet. All weight was lost through calorie counting, I never lifted one weight during the whole process. Stayed active though, hiking, jiujitsu, etc...
I still have a ways to go to my goal but here's where I'm at now:

I was pretty much whatever I wanted to eat as long as it fit in my daily calorie goals. I don't eat meat so I ate a lot of fish.
