Hello guys!
Exactly 2 years ago i was 105kg or so (did not weight myself often back then).
My girlfriend broke up with me and i understood that i could not stay in the shape i was. Started training and fixed my diet. Soon this became more then just something i did to get back at here(make here regret breaking up with me) It became a passion. Anyways, did not want to write a book, just to post my picture and say thanks to everyone that motivated me to do this!
Hope i can be to some inspiration to someone like many of the people that did this before me was to me.
I am 180cm tall and weigh around 82kg now.
3 years later.... 260 at 5'5 to 162 at 5'8
i wish i had a better picture of me now on my computer but im too lazy to take another one that's full body. and sorry about the quality of the older pics, our camera used to really suck
Thanks for inspiring

Awesome results! I'll get up a before/after pic later.
I haven't started lifting yet, but here are the results of what we'll call an eight month cut, from 270lbs to 195lbs, size 40 pants and XL shirt to size 32 shorts and M shirt. Fixed my diet and started running, now it's time to start lifting and build some muscle. :)

The **** is a lot of work is my guess. Besides, the pictures are a year apart... very attainable, I'd say
question for the guys that had a ****ton of weight to lose. I've done fairly well and have lost 21lbs in about 7 weeks but am starting to stall out a little bit. Also, did you ever reach a point where you really couldn't tell anything in the mirror, just that you went from being a wide fat bastard to being a slightly smaller fat bastard? I dunno, I guess I'm just having one of those **** days where it doesn't seem worth it. Anyhow, I need to be grateful that my lifts are moving up and my weight down. Sorry for the rant, but had to get it out somewhere.
this is the EXACT situation with me man, went from 245 to 170 now, and like you said just a slightly smaller fat dude.

Hey bro, thanks, I had a surgery on my intestine when I was 15, so I have a scare on the right side of my lower abs/obliques.
what the f*** ?? keto ?
No keto, did a cut with carbs involved, and started a high carb diet/calorie diet in february/march this year. I respond well to carbs, so I didn't or I don't do keto. ;)

Hard work, 5 days of the week. I like to live a healthy lifestyle. Beside strenghttraining I do a lot of streching work troughout the week, always taking the bike when I leave my house and doing 2 times a week of condition work (100mtr sprints or when it's raining I do eleptical interval training for 20min.)
Some people don't understand the definition of fat... spread some more rep d3d & others.
here's my two cents
