Thanks! None of it ever would've happened if it wasn't for this forum
Nice job man, keep up the good work 💪🏻
Hi guys, just wanted to show my weight loss so far. The first two photos are from Feb 2015 and the next two are from May 2016. I was 436 lbs in the first two, while I'm currently at 196 lbs. I'm no where close to where I want to be, but I got the weight off and now it's time to lean and muscle up. I've been weight training for the past 7 weeks and really enjoy it, the ultimate goal is to look like a lot of the people on here one day haha. As you can see I have a lot of loose skin, mostly in my thighs and stomach but I knew that was going to happen because of how fast I lost it. Currently trying to cut to about 170-175. Hoping the next couple years I'll get close to what I want to be at, I know it's a long process and this new lifestyle is something I've adopted. I'm ready for the journey and can't wait to see where I can get.

Thanks man, well after being on these forums for awhile I've learned what I was doing was more than likely really unhealthy.
I work in a kitchen so I was already decently active, and I would walk a mile on the treadmill every other day. I was only consuming about 1,200-1,500 calories a day which like I said, learned that was probably not a good idea. I was only eating: fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, grilled chicken breast, brown rice, vegetables (usually broccoli or sweet potatoes) and water ONLY. Also was an intermittent fast where I ate from around 11am to 6pm only eating twice a day.
Now I've learned I don't have to do that, just a caloric deficit of 10-20% and I'm going to try to lose these next 20-25 lbs the "safe way", slowly over time.

Wowww what a loss well done! How did you get the motivation to eat below 1500 cals & nothing between 6pm-11am & stick to such a ''boring'' diet for 15 months?
Good luck with the next step of your journey, your skin is actually really good for such a huge/fast drop! Age/genetics on your side ;)
I'm always surprised when people can't read the title of this thread. Here's a spoiler; it says, "Transformations: Fat to Fit," not "Hey, look at me, even though I was never fat."
Sweet positive vibes bro. Take a break from the keyboard.
So inspiring.

Honestly I kind of brainwashed myself that the less I eat the more I could lose which like I said, found out was extremely unhealthy lol... Also the skin is pretty bad if I pull on it, in my arms I can pull the bottom of my arm out like 2 inches while my stomach is pretty much just a huge skin pouch but I know over time that'll all change. But thanks man I'm ready for the future.
My transformation.

Hello Thread,
First time I am posting in here although I have been to the thread many times for motivation. I started to make a change on the first of May and although I have tried many times before, this is the first time I have been able to work towards any results. Focused more on strength training for the first time rather than cardio and a balanced diet instead of extreme calorie deficit diet which led to ultimate burn out helped. Long way to go but happy with the routine I have developed.
First photo: 3/1/16. 208 lbs. Somewhere around 26 to 27% body fat? Wasn't calculated so not certain.
Second and third photo: 5/26/2016. 187 lbs. 19% body fat.
Hard for me to determine exactly what my goal is as even before I was overweight I was scrawny with close to no definition. Shooting for the 170-175 weight range and 8-10% bf which should be one hell of a journey to get to. Hopeful I will have more progress photos to come in the future. Everyone on here is crushing it, keep it up!
Im 22 5'8 and currently weighing 170. 5 years ago i was weighing in at 260 then i got down to 150 as seen in the pictures with my clothes on. I wasnt eating right i was basically just eating very little. I started to get skinny fat with drinking and going out to eat all the time. 10 weeks ago i made the best decision of my life with getting a coach and starting to meal prep. The pictures shirtless i started at 178 and today i weighed in at 170. I have one more week of this prep then i will be starting a clean bulk for size until about January and my coach then said id start my contest prep and will be looking to compete in march or april of 2017. For anyone who says you cant do it you can and it really is a lifestyle you have to sacrifice but the reward you get in return there is nothing better.
Check out my transformation here!

great transformations
What's up, guys? I love the positivity here.
Here's me, one from last year and one from a couple weeks ago. I am probably ever so slightly leaner right now.
Been lifting off and on for a few years, but last year after poor dietary choices and work stresses I had an anxiety attack. It forced me to reevaluate my health and take back my body for the long term, with no short cuts or funny business.
Within the last few months I've started working with an elite personal trainer, who's increased my endurance, passion and knowledge immensely.
Still working all the time to get where I want. Hopefully soon!
This is my first post. I wanted to add my little weight loss progress to keep up the good vibes!
Left side is me this January (2016) at around 252lbs. Right side is me today at 219. Lost 33 pounds over the last 5 months, and I am feeling great. My routine has made things easy, and I'm hoping to get down to 200-205lbs!

Big difference, man!
Here is mine, about 16 months apart. I was "detrained" in the before so my muscle came back without too much of a problem. Height is 6'', went from 235 to 197.

Hey there, first post for me, great Forum and this thread's quite the motivation, .... sooo I'd like to share some of my progress so far. aswell
Peak weight was around 125 kg at 180 cm for me, been focusing on actively losing weight now for around half a year
old was back in 2013, ~ 110kg
new from today, ~ 80kg
I don't really have access to a Gym, so for now I'm focusing on further reducing my fat by means of diet and staying active, lots of swimming and mountain biking, also been doing pushups and crunches every other day for about 2 months now to get at least some muscles growing
cheers guys
Hello all,
Been overweight my entire childhood, at 18 decided to lose weight. Started at 275lbs no muscle at all, got into the gym and within a year I was down to 175lbs. I was in the best shape of my life, since then I have put on about 30lbs, most of it muscle but some of it body fat. Having a little baby girl in October, the goal is to get back down to 175lbs.
