Great work! It looks like you've got good genes (good chest, good lats etc), and you're halfway there. Post up again when you hit your target.

Thanks mate. My brother is a pretty big unit so I'm doing my best to follow in his footsteps. I'll update when I'm ripped.
I wish i had a picture of me when i was fat... I've lost almost 60 pounds in 3 months, went from 268 to 213. This thread was a huge motivation
Before and after a cutting season. From 82.3 kg to 75.4kg

Thanks mate! I'm doing super strict keto and weight lifting a few nights a week.
nice job guys! Love looking at this thread. reminds me where i came from and keeps the motivation at an ALL TIME HIGH. Stay fit friends!
it has taken me a little bit (16 months) but have learned a lot about eating in this process. lots of support from friends and self discipline. you have to want it to get it. currently working on dropping bf to make visible the next set of abs.

awesome.
Hi I'm new to all this. I'm 21, Law student from the UK. I would be grateful if someone could advise me on my body. I just want to get abs and in good shape. My weight (9 stone) has been the same for the past few years now. If there is someone in the UK around my age that can keep in touch regularly that would be cool. I want to start working out at home as I don't workout at all, however I am a fast walker. I want to buy some dumbbells and don't know where to begin!
First pic is from last year, the rest are from the past few days.
Cheers.
strong skinny fat, you first need to lose dat bf and then lean bulk, if you bulk now you will get fat an not aesthethic and get discouraged.
Respect, looking great brotha

I haven't forgotten my legs, they just need more time, they're small as h*** but 2 "heavy" squat sessions a week should change that sooner or later!
These are very inspirational, thank you for the thread.

amazing.. What kinda routines you do when you first started out
amazing.. What kinda routines you do when you first started out
I did a 5 split routine last year, and I lost a lot of weight, but i was living of 2200kcal's a day, so I lost most of my mass along the way too.
So i then bulked up to around 86kg's last winter, and then switched to a 4 split, breast, back, shoulder, legs :-) and i was cutting on 2600kcal this year marcros 30carbs - 45 protein - 25 fat :-)

thanks bros. i have some more laying around on my old HDs. I should probably sift through them just to make a personal collage of some sort lol.
these pics are from around 2011-2012. my heavy duty digital scale only went up to 440 so i dont know how much i truly weighed. it took me about 10 days of intense lifting/cardio/dieting for it to read below 439 lol.
this morning i weighed in at 236.
Hi all
