Well done to all, truly inspirational!
Heres mine, still not in very good shape but getting there :)
Started out at 154lbs
Trained for 2 years, ended up at 230lbs, bad nutrition, take aways, was not taking this seriously.
7 month cut at 194lbs now, nutrition and training taken seriously.
12 weeks more cutting using carb cycling.....
Cannot wait to bulk after xmas
Well, if you want a suggestion forget about carb cycling. It's an idiotic concept not backed up by anything. The only thing you need for cutting is being in a caloric deficit, that's it. And enjoy your foods :)

Thanks mate. Yeah 7 months slow calorie deficit which tapered down as my weight decreased. I didn't really gain muscle. Kept most of it n most strength though. Once cut I can bulk/cut properly. Can't wait. Get it done mate... good luck :)

Thanks for tip bro but I know many people who this has worked for when preparing for contests. A week in and I'm dropping fat. I did calorie deficit but hit a plateau hence the carb cycle

Superb mate. I'm exactly like your before picture now and similar height, so this has given me a huge amount of motivation. Thanks a lot. How did you go about it?
Hi Guys.
Short time reader - first time poster here.
So many inspirational stories on here, that make you want to push your own goals even further.
I persoanally started a transformation this year in Feb. After being fairly depleted both physically and mentally.
Ive gone from 112kg (246lbs) to 98kgs (216lbs). The bodyfat at a guess, Im sitting around 17-18%?
Changes basically have come via eating clean and regular weights/cardio, which neither were present before.
You can see the comparison below, I still have a long way to go yet.
I know I can still tighten up my diet, and increase both my weights and cardio. Im looking forward to pushing myself, and seeing how much of a change I can make.

Alright another update from me and some pics. The first pic I'm at 350lbs and the second and current I'm at 268lbs. Right now I feel like my weight loss is slowing down, don't know why guess I'm gonna have to change my diet around some more. But I'm working hard on it, it's getting tougher and tougher everyday but I can get through it. I just wanna know how some of you dealt with the adversity and when you hit a plateau how did you deal with it? Thanks again guys. Also this is forum is my savior, I come here when I think about quitting. It pumps me up watching every one get stuff done!

I'm between 5 6 and 5 7, and my transformation is on page 73.
Nice transformation man, u did 7 months cutting? did u gain muscle during this cutting? Im in the same boat as u were when u did the dirty Bulk but Damn for me 7 months cutting is a lot =D
WHuut? You must be confused. The premise to be in a cut is to be in a caloric deficit. If you are in a caloric deficit, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES you can gain muscle, period. The only thing you can do is cut slowly (as he did 7 months, i assume he cut slowly) therefore trying not to loose a significant amount of muscles. If you wanna gain muscle then just bulk (again, should make a clean bulk, so if for example you come from a cut, just go at maintainance for 2 weeks and track the weight, then go on 200kcal surplus for another week or two and keep increasing 100kcal every week/2 weeks until you are in a 500kcal surplus).
I started out at 300lbs in September last year, looking like this:

By April 2012, I got down to 177lbs and then went on my first bulk. I put on about 20lbs and then, at the end of June, did my first proper cut.
I've now completed my cut and am about to bulk again:

Before I started this, I was fat, unfit (I smoked as well) and I'd probably have been dead by the age of 60. Not good with a young family of 3 kids under the age of 7. Even walking up the stairs would knock me out. Now I can lift and swim and run for miles. I've still a long way to go (I'd like to be bigger and more defined), but I feel 100% better than I did just over a year ago.
So if you're over 40, don't give up. It can be done. Although I don't for one second pretend to be perfect, I know I've made myself a lot better than I was. And if I can do it, believe me, so can you.

100% of my achievement is due to diet. Ive yo-yo'd sooooo many times with weight loss, then bulking yada yada. This time I did my research and kept what I had been doing for years with regard to weight training, however modified my diet like crazy. I did go on two cycles of animal cuts, however I feel like most of the work came from diet and have seen the best results without the cuts. I used Steve Cooks workout and diet plan as a template then modified it as I went on. Ive for the last two months cutout and have almost eliminated wheat based products and will tell you Ive never felt better in my entire life.
People ask me what about my eating, and to be honest it is fun as hell, I eat 7 meals a day and with a little research you can eat ridiculously well and tons of it to lose weight!

Holy cow! You did all that in a year? I am seriously impressed and motivated to see what I look like at my one year mark. Hoping I'll have similar results I started at 281 lbs and sitting at 210.8 today. Gotta give you reps for that transformation. Well done, well done!
