Holy **** man! Excellent job! Keep doing your thing man, you truly are an inspiration to others!
Keep in mind with the height with johnnyj411 and bodeen2000 -- 5'6 and 5'7 -- their macros are NOT going to be appropriate for someone in my height range @ 6'2. Those extra 7-8" make a big difference.
True. I see these guys that are 5'8-5'11 getting down to like 155-165lbs,and me being a 5'6 manlet weighing 164lbs does that mean I need to get down to 140-130lbs to be cut? my goal is to get down to 145-150 and hover there.
Good luck man I Teared up when I saw the motivation. Thanks bro reps
Sorry about going back through like 6 pages of posts lol
thanks man I've made a commitment to my daughter to be around for a very long time
2,5 months, still a long way to go
Used to be 130kg, attached images are of me @ 99kg and 86kg
My three month progress pictures. I know it's nothing drastic like some of these guys but it's a start. 222lbs down to 190lbs.
So, at my heaviest I was 370-375ish. I have a couple of those pics attached. I lost some weight and then was down to around 310 (initial pics on my bb.com progress photos).
As of 6/9/12 I weighed in at 217.8lbs.... Pretty happy with what I have been able to do, but I know I still have a ways to go. Trying to just lost as much fat as possible, while gaining more muscle. It's a fine line, but I think I am getting there.
Love this thread, have followed it for quite some time....
Keep it up fellas!
Fantastic job everyone. Seriously, seeing your progress is keeping me going.
Here is a quick update of my progress. I posted a similar picture a few days ago but the date was wrong on the original so I am posting it again with an update in progress and fixed date.
The last date is June 13 and my weight is 208 lbs. Sorry for it being blurry.

Bulked to 184 and now gonna enjoy the summer with a decent 6 pack at 173 before I bulk in aug or september. A former fatty, I plan on competing next year! This thread is awesome!

DAMN! That's amazing. i've been at it for about a yr and some change and while i've lost a ton of weight, my muscle development and cutting are no where near yours. Very inspired! I hope to look that good in 2 more years!

Thank you. A year ago I started looking at this forum hoping like hell that I could do what others had done. Blood, sweat and tears brother! Simple but not easy, I found that consistency was and continues to be the most important facet of my journey. Read, ask questions, research, experiment and never give up!

This....... One million times this. I couldn't agree more.
Nice work man! Looking great, no homo.

Come on! 32 lbs IS drastic. I bet you have had to buy all new clothes too. Keep it up man, it can only get better as long as you keep at it. Lift heavy with proper form, eat healthy and sleep 8 hrs. Thats it!
Great work & Great goals for 2012. Best of luck!
Great job everyone! This thread is so motivational, I love it!
Anyone want to try and work together to reach goals? I.E. keep in touch and stay accountable type of thing? I am 6'1" 238 at the moment, goal is ~200lbs by October. Anyone with similar goals/stats want to team up with me? My biggest problem is I dont stay accountable to myself haha

Impressive, very lean!
Hey everyone, I just joined this sight and stumbled upon this thread. I just wanted to say these people have done amazing things. Helps me press on to reach my goals.
My current stats are 202.6, 5'9", and around 18-19% body fat. When I started 9 1/2 weeks ago I was ~230lbs and ~31% body fat. Pictures on my dashboard :-)
My goal is to compete in an INBF next may. I have a long way to go, but I know I can make it. So can all of you
I am not sure of my "before" bodyfat, but assuming the 24 lbs I lost was all fat, then it was probably about 20%. I am 7% now.
Ran 20-30 miles a week, and cut down on food for the first 9 months. 1/2 of my weight loss was from eating less, and 1/2 was from running. I did no weight training at all for those months. I ran in the Boston Marathon - 89 degree temps this year, and finished it in a bit over 4 hours.
About 3 months ago, changed my diet radically and started resistance training. I log every gram of food and keep fat at 20-30% of calories, carb at 40-55%, and protein at 25-40%.
Now I wish I had been lifting all along rather than just for the last three months as I would be farther along. Because I am so early in my weight training, I expect a lot more improvement.
Height 5' 8.7", weight at heaviest - 164 (still 6 lbs under what the government consideres overweight - ha! Govt standard are too lax), weight now - 140. 43 years old, and in way better shape than I ever was while younger.
I am a new user so the site won't let me post the photos:

Diggin the changes dude. but, shave the head. You'll look loads better and it'll compliment your look. Trust me. I've been buffing the chrome dome for a year now and the attention it receives is worth every second. It exerts confidence. :)
My transformation, ive only really developped in the last 6-8 months when i focused a lot on my diet, just wish i had known that sooner!!
for any tips or inspiration support me under www facebook.com/fattwofit

Man!!! You look like Tarzan!
You have a perfect shape, congrats!
+++++
I went from 231.5 lbs in early November 2011 to 173.9 lbs now with 11.8% approx and still working. I'll post when I'm ready! Probably at 165-160 lbs.

I SO needed to see the word consistency today! I keep reading and seeing if I need to change anything I am doing but every thing I read everywhere I am doing exactly what I should be doing! I have been stuck at my current weight for 5 or 6 months, but I continue to drop inches. People (specifically on these boards) tell me there is no way at my weight and height that I am 18% body fat....maybe I am crazy but something in my head is telling me I am doing something right! Guess I need to suck it up and post pics that aren't over a year old!
1 year progress - it took awhile to learn the proper routine and figure out my diet
I achieved my goal of having a 6pack before my birthday which is in 7 days
211lbs @ 23+% BodyFat
180.3lbs @ 12.5%BodyFat
