This is my progress so far ( 10 weeks in to cut ) , i was following kris gethins 12 week program with a few modifcations to suit my body. I was also wondering if anyone could give me estimates on my before and after body fat percentage if possible.
Before - 6" - 205lbs - I estimted my body fat at around 17-19%
10 weeks in - 6" - 179 lbs - I estimate my body fat at around 11-14 % ?
IMG 1061 - Front before 12 week cut.
IMG 1059 - Back before.
NEW PHOTO 86 - Front 10 weeks in
NEW PHOTO 85 - Front tensed 10 weeks in.
All critisism and tips are welcome , hopefully yous can help identify areas that still need work.
Cheers ,
Ross.
I was strict but not as strict as I could have Been , there was 3-4 days where I got really Ill and i ate loads o sugary foods to try and feel better. But the first week I lost about 6 pounds and then after that it was a weekly drop of about 1-2 pounds.

Before & After
I've been a "lurker" on these forums for quite a while but just recently registered. I first started attempting to get into shape about 2.5 years ago. I've made many mistakes, and probably still am, and this is a continual learning process but I will say now being healthy and fit is more of a lifestyle than out right "exercise" or "work." If I don't lift or do something active for more than 2 or 3 days I feel like a complete bum and I yearn for it.
I've certainly transformed my body but I still desire more mass and I seem to be struggling to put it on. I've always been pretty thin and probably always will be... it's in my genes (my dad is 6'4" and has always been between 180-205 lbs). And while this certainly works in my favor when it comes to cutting and/or just keeping a relatively low body fat it's annoying when I see people in the same time frame as me put on 4x as much muscle.
Anyway, I'm no "muscle man" but I'm certainly proud of where I've come in a couple years and I hope to continue to improve. I'm 32 now and only wish I had started all of this back in my 20's. But better late than never right?
So here are a couple before/after pics approximately 2 years apart with the "after" having been taken just a couple of weeks ago. I'm 6'1", about 163 lbs right now. I think I was around 180 - 185 in the "before" pics. I'd LOVE to be at that weight again except at my current body fat (don't know for sure what that is but guessing near single digit?). I appreciate all the knowledge that I have learned from this site/forums and hope to continue to learn more as I progress.

The first pic is me in April 2012. The Second pic was last week and the 3rd was in June 2012, am I losing too much? I get more positive comments about pic 3 and the last pic is about 2 weeks ago.April I was 220lbs 30% bf. Now i'm 189lbs 22% bf. I wanted to get to 180lbs by my wedding anniversary in Sept. I lift 5 days/week at the moment but will be going to 6days. I do most of my workouts at work during my lunchtime as we have a half rack, bench and Barbell/Dumbells. My workouts are 30 mins with very little rest. We have some free weights at home and a multigym, so I am starting to use that too.I also walk for 30 mins most days.

Shiv. Do you find that the brace you use for your tendinitis works? I used one for a few months but didn't find it really did anything. I broke mine the other day using it as a door attachment for my resistance bands. I find my elbow is good when i'm lifting but can get sore when i relieve pressure from it or if it is raised for any length of time.

Started my journey at the beginning of June 2012 and started lifting in mid June 2012. The photo attached shows a super chunky me on the left side weighing in at ~280lbs on May 2012 the photo on the right is me at 240lbs on July 16th 2012. Right now I'm 236 and still rocking the weight loss and slinging the irons.
I don't have a goal in mind for final weight but I hope to do something pretty incredible.
Good luck to everyone on their transformations and can't wait to see all your progress in the next 6 months!

Great job everyone! You are the motivation that keeps me going. I hope my transformation of 68 lbs can give at least 1 person as much motivation as I have received from this thread.
