Started my weight loss journey Jan 17 2014. I started off at 215 and am currently fluxing from 173-176. I Was sick and tired of always being fat and it finally hit a point where I was over it. Have been eating clean for the past 5 almost 6 months now. Nowhere near my goal but still a work in progress.
Had the hydrostatic under water body fat test done at the start and was at 25.8% bf last test was at 16.5% bf. Not sure how accurate that is though.
Also ignore the nasty a** mirror :]
Question: Why do MANY people cover their face?
At least if its like /r/malefashionadvice on Reddit, people tend to pixelate, cover their face because websites will steal the image to use on their sites. With a site like this, many images could be stolen for before/after ads for weight loss supplements.
This is me so far.
At the beginning of my ongoing journey I weighed in at 241lbs, my heaviest ever.
Today I weighed in at 200lbs, so a big 41lb drop. I'm 6ft1.
Still got more to go, but I'm heading in the right direction
my transformation over 2 and a bit years, this thread was a huge inspiration to me when i was first trying to lose weight some of the transformations in here are amazing!

Using Shortcut to Shred in an Aussie National 12 Week challenge I lost 31kgs in 12 weeks. I made the top 10 and there is currently a public vote on ******** to determine the peoples choice winner. Please check out my results by going to ********.com/DPYNB I cant post links or images as I haven't got the message count to allow this yet :)
Left pic is from 2010 and is pretty much the only fat pic I have left. Most of my before pics have unfortunately been deleted :( the right pic is just a few days ago! I'm currently prepping for my first Figure competition in July and finally got around to taking some updated progress pics. This side by side comparison means the most to me because I know I've worked on becoming a better person and I'm also the happiest I've ever been in my life. So it's not just a physical transformation but it's an overall. Inside and out. I can only hope to inspire a few people!

Wow! These transformation pictures are amazing and motivate me to reach my goals! Great job everyone :)
hi, I want to share my transformation. I'm 16 years old, was overweight all my life (65kg at age 13 with a height of like 160cm)
I trained at home for 6 months, and at the gym for 4 months now. I did already lose much weight, but wanted to really have a fit body, so I decided to do a cut for 6 weeks. No excuses, no cheating. That's my result:
Nice work guys and girls
Good job everyone, looking forward to the day that i can post my progress to share with everyone else.
Very motivational thread! seriously one of the best threads ever on the interwebz

how long would you say till they show?
how long would you say till they show?
it comes down to a few variable factors like the frequency and intensity of your cardio and diet, if you really stick to it and push yourself i would say 4-6 weeks from now you'll notice them coming through, start doing core work as well if you're not already a lot of people say it doesn't make a difference but personally i got results from just adding 15 mins core work at the end of each work out.
Results of my very first cut. 12 weeks of iifym.
May 1, 2010 I hit rock bottom. I had lost everything in a divorce. I was sick, bitter, withdrawn, unhappy.
Four years and 150+ pounds later my life is completely changed. I've had a lot of fun on these forums, interacting with y'all.
Thanks for all the help - here's to forty more! :)
Holy f*uck. This transformation literally gave me goosebumps. That's impressive. Congrats, and I hope you find yourself a dime piece.
I'm completely new to weight lifting (as in, started a month ago!) and it can be really intimidating at times since I have no background in any of it. I've not really ventured into the forums but am so glad I have - talk about motivating & inspiring!
Great job everyone - can't wait to join you all in the transformation photos!
