if anyone can help or give some type of advice..are any of you using weight as the sole indicator to fatloss or body composition? maybe both?
the reason i ask is that i got all the way down to 199lbs a few weeks ago but im current at 206. my target goal is 190. i started at 260lbs august of 2011 and this about 206 right now. i don't know whether my weight gain is result of muscle or fat..sorry if this sounds stupid..lol.,
should i get my body fat checked?
