Pretty Unhapppy with who I am.
Every morning I wake up in the mirror and Hate who I am and how I look, so i've decided it's time to really get up and make a change.
Starting a healthy diet and excercise plan this coming monday. You guys all motivate me so much with this thread. I'll keep updated
17 years old, 200 lbs. Around 25% body fat, these pics are both pretty flexed, I'll post some relaxed ones when I get them on my computer

My Transformation thus far
10 weeks of training to date - started at 106.6kg, last weighed in at 82.3
Keyto diet - huge amounts of cardio for the first two months and two weeks of strength training so far.
