Awesome job man! What is your before and after weight? You have a similar build to me with that last bit of fat hanging around in the stomach area (see my avatar). Keep going strong my man and you will be looking even better come summertime. +REP!

I try not to be one of those guys that says cell tech...but I'm having a hard time seeing that happen in 12 weeks. Regardless, legit work, no insult meant, just very drastic results, interested to see diet/workout plans
Hey everyone.
Started my cut directly after Thanksgiving 2012, was 252 at my peak. Before pic was taken in September 2012 (at my peak).
After pic is taken at about 198 during the first week of April 2013. Currently hovering around 186.
I don't see why he'd need steroids. He dropped from something like 20 down to 10% body fat in 12 weeks. Then he suffered a chemical accident that bronzed his skin and made all his hair fall out, and put him in the smallest underwear available.
I felt good I was twice in one week, "man you can really see definition in your upper body now, thats cool, good work." Still have a long way to go but Im getting there.

I followed @BBnEngineer for 12 weeks and the dude busted his @ss. Pretty low blow. Doesn't take a genius to see had already had mass and just got shredded to sh:t. I garauntee if you committed for 12 weeks like he did you would realize what your body can do.
Hey guys,
I have been away since 2005 and over that time I really let myself go. I decided on Thanksgiving weekend in 2012 it was time to get my act together. I got a plan together an went to work. I January I made it back over to BB.com when someone told me about the Dymatize 12 week challenge. I looked it up and said what they heck and gave it a go, I pushed myself for those 12 weeks like never before and while I still have a ways to go I was happy with my results. My contest ended 4/3/13 but I am still going stong and making good progress. Just wanted to share my update. It's nice to be back on the boards checking out everyone's progress!

It obviously isn't going to be easy by any means, I may just be too new to this, just was saying it is a huge difference. If nothing else, he should take it as a compliment. Well done to both of you guys.

Don't have anything to contribute yet, I'm only 4 days in, but this is a seriously inspirational thread... Just keep thinking that if all of you can do this with such amazing results, so can I, keep it up guys!
I started lifting in 2009 and went down from 345 lbs to 278 in a bit less than a year and felt really good until a work related injury to the shoulder/neck stopped me in my tracks. Then i got lazy and i quit until 2 months ago when i had to take multiple breaks walking 1 kilometer in a straight line with no slope.... Back then i was back up to 360 lbs and i decided i had to start pushing again and change the way i ate if i didn't wanna end up in a wheelchair by the time i reach 35.
I started by just walking around a whole lot to train my lower back a little bit so i do not have to take breaks by just walking -_- and i have started lifting heavy again for the past month and a half (And it feels so good, i was made for that). Now I'm down to 345 and still going strong for my first goal of 290 then ill keep pushing for 250 by next december.
Once i hit 300, i will post some before and after pictures and update as the fat melt away
Thanks for all the motivation in this thread, seeing all these great transformations makes me train even harder to reach my goals

Amazing results man, but your going to have to post more than that. Don't just drop transformation pictures in here like that and not expect to tell story/routine/diet. And why did you go from really pale to really dark in 12 weeks? Your almost darker than I am in the second picture lol.

More what I was thinking, wasn't trying to accuse or say this and that, if you have a thread or anything to look over it'd be appreciated.
This guy has made a serious 12 week transformation!! Check out his bodyspace.

How about you guys go to his profile and check out what it says? He has a body blog from his transformation challenge. You can read allllll about what he has done to get where is in the 12 weeks. And you can get a tan in a can. The idea that he must have been taking something to get those kinds of results is pretty insulting in my opinion.
You work for years to get that kind of muscle mass, then you go on a good bulk. You take your pics when your bloated all to hell and retaining water with lighting that makes you look like crap and your all pale as fukk. Then you work like a dog to get rid of the fat in the 12 weeks, get some good lighting and a tan and take new pictures that show your goods. It's pretty standard.

Why are you trying to make something out of nothing? Where did I say I thought he was on the sauce? Oh wait, I didn't. I was simply asking for his routine and nutrition during this time, the same questions we ask everyone else. In fact the first three words I said were a compliment..
I will go to his bodyblog and read it, but Hawaii and I was just asking for him to post it on the main thread.

I wasn't trying to start **** dude. Earlier in the thread was a comment made along the lines of these results being impossible to achieve naturally. I was just saying they are possible.
Jesus ****, I apologize lol, should've known people would get there jimmies rustled. My bad on the juice comment, happy?
